Wendy's — Restaurant in Houston

This place has gone downhill. The workers and staff are not friendly, and nobody takes the time thoroughly articulate, detailed, and important information that customers need to know. The staff acts as if they do not want to be there or if they are being made to come to work. No one welcomed us or greeted us as we entered the facility. The staff did not know how to apply coupons and discounts or app deals. This store removes current ongoing Wendy's deals and promos that are readily available at other locations for no reason simply because they do not want to participate or comply with Wendy's ads and deals. They even took and put a black line through a current nationwide Wendy's promotional deal that is going on right now. The management is always unavailable, not around, or too busy to assist. The food was not fresh, nor was it accurate or what we ordered. It looked horrible, to say the least. The slice of cheese was not on the breakfast sandwiches as pictured, the egg was hard, and they squirted some kind of liquid sauce on it that we did not know what it was not did we want this. The manager did not make an attempt to correct this, nor did he try to substitute or make a reasonable modification. Customers do not want mystery cheese, put an actual slice of cheese on all breakfast sandwiches, whether it's a biscuit or a croissant, and stop with this nonsense. So we did not eat any of these questionable items and had to throw away what we had just paid for because of these errors. Worst experience I had in all the Wendy's together, I have been there 4 times in the past few weeks, people there are just very lost on what they are doing, printers for the receipts dont work, the dont give the orders right ever.... And once you tell them what they start talking about you with the other burger flippers, they returned lemonades once you taste them and return them to the machine and mix it with again with the untouched juice, very unclean and unacceptable, salad always look burnt, they use headphones all the times and the donkies dont pay attention and charge things wrong... definitely not recommended

Staff at drive through window very discourteous. I asked that my 2 $5Biggie bag orders be bagged separately when I ordered and was told Okay. My burgers were differently made and I’d asked for barbecue sauce in one and ranch in the other so I knew which went to each person in my backseat. At the window u was told they had a policy and everything had to go in one bag. When I said I would not know which burger was whose the young lady said snippily - open them up and you will know. As you might imagine- no one wanted to open a burger to see it was for someone else (not sanitary) or eat one someone else had fiddled with. The young lady continued her ranting when I called for a manager and while the manager was speaking to me. I suggested the best solution was for me never to come to that location again because even the manager did not attempt to stop Miss. Nasty...
