Tried them when they visited Badger State Brewing. Ordered the jerk chicken and the jerk flavour was relatively week. Spice intensity was nice though-spicy. Major downfall was the 45 min wait. Not sure the speed of service is reflective of the food truck industry (in general as food trucks are supposed to be quicker than a dine-in experience). It was quite a hot and long wait. Amazing food hands down! Love the island shrimp tacos! Protons are amazing for the price. Jerk chicken bowls have a lot of food for the price and the jerk sauce best I have had yet! Had a jerk chicken bowl for lunch. Jerk chicken although cooked perfectly literally didn’t have any flavor of jerk. Tasted basically like grilled chicken with a very white people level of jerk seasoning and no jerk sauce.
