Happiness Is Ice Cream — Restaurant in Howe

We have been coming here as a family for the past 25 years. The family friendly atmosphere is long gone. Furthermore, they have begun to nickel and dime their customers. After ordering $12 worth of icecream, our 5 year old had to go to the bathroom. Icecream is ready while she is in the bathroom with my husband, so I asked for a styrofoam cup, since I couldn’t juggle baby, two cones, and a cup in my hands. Owner refused to give me a styrofoam cup because “we chose a cone”. Unless I wanted to pay for the cup, and $1 for a charge for a card. Never have I heard of refusing to give somebody a cup for icecream. I get that you have to make a profit but REALLY?? Drive the extra distance to go to Orland (Sweet Summers) or...

This little shop was so delicious! I love they had a walk-up window to avoid people inside the parlor during COVID and all employees were wearing masks.the lady working, I cannot remember her name, was incredibly helpful with our somewhat complex order with finding vegan options for one in our group, and was overall very friendly.

Oh man, the waffle cone! It was so good, and she said it's made in-house. It was delicious! Their soft serve was super good, and my husband has mentioned numerous times how much he enjoyed the cone and butter pecan flavor.

Also, tons of flavors listed outside, add ins, cone types, and shakes. 10/10...

The highlight of our trips up North! The perfect way to start any getaway.. and a perfect middle and ending as well! She truly cares about bringing happiness to your life! We will miss her over the winter and can’t wait for spring!

All the ice cream is wonderful! The handmade waffle cones are incredible!! And aroma as you walk up during waffle cone bake day is heaven! And I haven’t even mentioned the soft serve. It is the most beautiful, perfectly served treat ever! The strawberry-vanilla twist is a personal favorite!

The name tells it all! She truly strives (and succeeds) at bringing us happiness...
