Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Howe

The manager was extremely rude, she came out to or vehicle screaming and hollering at us. My wife asked for xtra salsa with her order, we were told we would have to pay for 2 packages of salsa. She said that was fine. Upon receiving our order we noticed they did not put any salsa or ketchup in the bag. We pulled around and asked for the condiments we ordered and paid for. After the worker brought them out, we started to pull away and I saw a lady hanging out the door screaming. As I pulled around to the other side of the building she came out the other door screaming at us still! I stopped to see what her problem was, she said we were only suppose to get 2 packages of salsa and that we would have to pay for the xtras. I informed her that I had told her that when we were ordering and that we got no salsa and ketchup when we received our order. She stated she never hear me say we would pay for it. But for her to come out the door screaming and hollering at us like she was is completely unacceptable!! I will never return to...

Every time I have been to this Sonic my food has been messed up 97% of the time. I would take it back and they never offered anything to fix my problem. The last time I went up there they gave me the wrong order completely. When I took it back, he just brought my original order out, handed it to me, and walked away. I got home with my order and everything was completely cold. I called the next morning to speak with the manager and she started to yell at me. She stated that I needed to find somewhere else to order my food from since they cannot make me happy and the fact that my food is always wrong is my own fault because I should know better than to leave a fast food place without checking my order. I told her that if I was paying for it then I expect it to be correct, she said that I was expecting too much when she has a bunch of kids working for her. If I could give them 0 star's I would. I now only use Sonic in Van Alstyne or Denison, and I tell everyone I can to...

5/24 7:30pm keeping 4 stars Order taker (male) took order with no name give, no nice greeting, and the "anything else" attitude. As I was ordering it made me hesitant to complete order as there was only one other car in the parking lot. I continued, I'd say I over tipped just hoping they gave me good food and service. Food came out quickly, carhop (female) came out super nice and had great customer service. Hopefully the tip goes to her! My tip for the order taker, have a better greeting - if you hate your job get out of customer service and don't make food (that makes me nervous) also, slow down and politely say "may I get you anything else". Food was good and hot. Only other critique I have is out of the 3 meals and blats we got, we didn't get one single napkin.
