Subway — Restaurant in Hoxie

I placed a curbside order through the app for the sandwiches and spent $40. When I arrived at the store, I clicked on the button to let them know I was there. Nothing happened and other customers were going into the store and getting service, so I had to walk in and explain my situation. I was told that my order was on the rack and to get it. The service was not good at all and I felt like I was less important. Perhaps they were short-handed that day, but an apology or explanation would have made it better. I still love eating Subway, but I just had a bad experience...

The staff are nice and the place is clean, but that's it anymore. The quality of food is Subway standards which isn't great, but good enough to eat. With all that it just isn't worth the cost anymore. Prices increased $2+ dollars for certain things in just 3-4 years with nothing to show for it. I'm done paying $13 for a footlong sandwich and that's JUST the sandwich; I don't even bother getting anything else. If they blame "inflation" then they better figure something else out quick, because I don't forsee people eating $13+ sandwiches...

This store has gone downhill and I'm not sure why. I worked at Subway in Jonesboro so I'm confused as heck And why are the Subways around no longer selling Honey Oat bread or spicy mustard And basically counting eat olive slice put into and onto item . SMH Won't be a go to all the time anymore...
