Dont use their onine delivery service not everything will come through. I was missing an order of boneless spicy garlic wings which I called and spoke to Katie, a manager there who looked up my receipt and told me I wasnt charged which is fine, but I told her I def included them while ordering. The thing was she offered no apology for their defective online system, and was very rude and matter of fact to me. I've worked in the restaurant industry for years and have been a manager so it's not like I didnt come from a place of understanding. I would've been completely fine with an apology and needed nothing for free but customer service is truly most important to me and the way I am treated. I just feel like she treated me very rudely and definitely needs more customer service training. Too many places to go somewhere where you arent treated nice. Read moreI placed my order online and had done delivery and the delivery time wad 2 hours from when i placed my order...so i tried calling the store to change to pick up and the employee hung up on me 3 times without even answering the phone!!! So i drove there and found out there was only 1 employee there, and her excuse was she was too busy to answer the phone, i found this unacceptable but told her i wanted to pick up instead!!! She said okay, went into check on my order, brought me my food, because was already done and this was 90 minutes begore expected delivery!!! My food was not hot when picked up 30 min after order, therefore if i would have waited the whole delivery time...it would have been cold and nasty sitting under a warmer for an hour and half...i am so disappointed and very upset with this expierence!!! The employee was not very friendly either...acted like it was a burden to get order...it will be a while...
Read moreI ordered 3 large pizzas and two 2 liters of pop online yesterday at 4:00pm for a scheduled pick up for 6:30pm. I paid online. I arrived to the pick up window with my cell phone confirmation in hand, the guy working took 10 minutes before he even acknowledged us, he then said “oops my delivery guy took your pizzas.” He said he would have them delivered to us and wrote down our address, an hour later we heard nothing. We called the restaurant 4 times and the phone rang and rang with no answer. We finally went back to the restaurant as I had been charged $60 for this order and at 7:45pm this same worker then claimed we had not paid for our order WHICH WE HAD. He made us wait 10-15 minutes again before finally giving us our order. We could hear the phone ringing and he was not answering the phone. I will never order from this Pizza Hut again.
