Fawn was so welcoming and she really made me feel comfortable. This was the first and only place I went to try on wedding dresses because I found my dress here. I went in keeping my expectations low incase I didn’t find the one but the selection of dresses was beautiful. She had a variety of sizes and styles and helped me find what suited my personal style and my body type. I had a million questions and wasn’t familiar with the process and Fawn helped guide me. The shop itself is so fun and whimsical inside and I was welcomed at the door with a beautiful sign welcoming me by my future married name which made the experience feel so personal. I adored having the shop to myself with my close friends and family. I don’t have any other shop experience since I found the one immediately with the help of Fawn but I can’t imagine it gets much better. My dress is absolutely stunning and it was with in my budget but it looks like I spent double the price on it. The material and detailing is so high quality. I was recommended Mood by a friend and I will recommend Mood to any friend of mine when it’s their turn to say yes to the dress. Thank you Fawn. Nice place, Fawn was nice and helpful. Did not find a dress there. Going in, I didn't know everything was off the rack. Maybe I missed it on the website. Speaking of the website. You have to fill out an application/questionnaire before your appointment. Some of the questions like, "When is the wedding?" is typical. However, Mood is off the rack so what does it matter. She no longer does alterations, which again is ok, no biggie. Its on the bride to make sure she has enough time before the wedding for alterations. But the application wants to know what your married name will be to make a "personlized" experience. I walked in and the sign said "Welcome future Mrs. Ferguson" which is not even close. Mood also charges $50 for an appointment. That $50 goes towards your dress if you buy one. But only IF you buy it during your appointment. If you want to go to lunch or think about it because you are stuck between two dresses. That $50 does not go towards the cost of your dress. And again the place was nice, Fawn was nice and...

I am absolutely overwhelmed by the experience Fawn was able to give me for my first real bridal appointment. I wasn’t even expecting to find a dress today, but I will be canceling my next appointment on the 8th! As a plus sized girl, I was really nervous going in when thinking of a stranger helping me into dresses. Fawn IMMEDIATELY made me feel unbelievably comfortable. I felt like I had known her forever. She knew what I would like before she even met me, and as soon as she saw I was beginning to have my moment with the dress, she immediately grabbed a veil and bouquet.
