I've postponed writing this review, yet my last visit sealed the deal. I guess I'm just a gluten for disappointment, or an optimist for hoping the next visit will be good. First off I work varied shifts, so trying to go thru drive-thru in the morning is almost impossible, yet every now and then I succeed, but when I am working an afternoon/night shift it's easy to get thru drive-thru, but here's the clencher......it's obvious this time of day is for not getting your coffee order correct!! Now you would think it shouldn't be a problem, it's slow, how hard can it be, it's not a stressful time ....but for probably my last 10 visits, I may have got my order correct 3 times, that's 3 out of 10, are you serious??!! I order the same thing every time, but it's not what I get, so either your training employees needs improvement, or only certain employees should be working drive-thru, for me to be asked is that this, or do you want sugar, and I reply I've never been asked that, you are the ones making it not me, so if I order that same all the time, why am I being asked a question of how it's made, if I say whole milk, why are asking and is that skim milk...ahh no I just said whole milk, is that caramel swirl, ahh no I just said caramel, it's a caramel macchiato people, why is it I get it wrong? Don't you have specs or a recipe of making it? The other day I knew I was not going to get what I ordered since I had to repeat my order again after he repeated to me the total incorrect item I was ordering, and then waited forever, he handed me my coffee, with a line of traffic now waiting behind me, I placed my coffee in my holder, rolled up my window and instantly the aroma I knew it was not what I ordered, not even close, tasted like a hazelnut coffee of some sort, no caramel, it was disgusting, which I ended up throwing out! Now I know you don't really care if I visit your location again and I won't, but I will definitely go to your competitor since I never throw my coffee away when they make it, and yes their price is higher, but yours cost me more because I end up throwing it away without finishing.... Never to return....train your staff ps- I'm a Customer Service Rep in a very large company, so yes, you needed to receive...
Read moreI went to this location recently and had a horrible experience. I specifically go to this location regularly because it is the only Dunkin’s on my way to work that has a drive thru that can easily accommodate a truck with wheel spacers. There was a long line behind me but no one in front of me and lobby was closed. I sat at the speaker for 20 minutes and no one even acknowledged that I was there. The only reason I even waited that long was because my 2 yr old screams when she has to go back in her car seat and I would have had to get her out if I went to another location. I started to wonder if the speaker was broken so I drove up to the window. The worker looked at me and continued to make coffee and did not acknowledge me. I’m sorry but there is no excuse for such poor customer service. Why not greet the customer and let them know how long the wait will be or tell them that you aren’t sure how long the wait will be so they can decide if they want to wait or leave??? You can be short staffed and still deliver good customer service. Needless to say I ended up leaving and will not be going back to that location. It’s really...
Read moreThis has to be the worst dunkin donuts I have ever been to. Now even though it is within walking distance from where I work I would rather drive to nashua or londonderry to get my coffee. The employees and management are borderline incompetent consistently getting orders wrong and making something that should only take a couple minutes take all day. Why do I have to wait 20 minutes to get a coffee when there are only 2 people ahead of me in line. Probably because the drunkard working the register is to pickled to do her job. Also the place smells horribly like a Porta potty. For a brand new building you would think that it would be on the top of the priority list but apparently they do not care that you are forced to breathe in this stench while you forever wait in line at...
