Suppa's Pizza Hudson — Restaurant in Hudson

Great new place.... I've been a diehard Cahill's Super Sub fan since my Dad built in 1985 and I helped as a seven year old, lol.. Huge portions and an amazing innovative menu that makes it so tough to decide... It's difficult to be original with all the competition in the area, but quality and quantity are abundant here and sets them above the others...my only complaint was cheese sauce on the broccoli and cheddar skins... Cheese sauce is generally canned in restaurants as I was a chef and cook for twenty years, so in this instance I had hoped for melted cheese or maybe like a queso. But I thoroughly enjoyed the Chicken And Steak Sub with Provolone and light mayo the first time, they load their subs to the brim. Then tonight I got a Mango Habanero chicken finger sub with bacon, tomatoes and Provolone and it's excellent...I have yet to try the pizza but want to try the Italian Stallion sub next time...as a former employee of the nearby American Warehouse years back, this location is crucial to the industrial park and Giovanni's didn't...

This order did not get to me until 6:45pm last night, when it was delivered the driver told me that, the restaurant thought the ticket said 7pm, and threw our food together and rushed it out the door. I inquired twice, 1st time they said it was being delivered, when it clearly wasn't. 2nd time they said it will be there shortly and that they wouldn't provide a discount, as they were busier than anticipated. Well, the fact that I placed this order 2 hours ahead of when I wanted it delivered (6pm) and they still couldn't get it to me on time, says a lot. It wasn't because they were too busy, they said themselves they thought the ticket said 7pm. I will never use slice again, NOR go to SUPPA's Pizza in Hudson ever again. We have been going here since they opened. But poor customer service and not taking accountability for their mistakes has turned this loyal customer into a NEVER...

Got a flyer in ValPak, pizzas 1/2 on Tuesday! Till you call then only some pizzas, not all pizza, huh? Doesn't say that, when the "tricks" like false advertising start upfront it's a big red flag, just don't offer it if you can't do it! I go to pick it up and the guy says, 10 dollars and I ask him, is it normally 20? He says yes but after looking on the menu of the same ValPak it's a large pepperoni is 15.99! Again, more tricks! The pizza itself tasted ok but the pepperoni was scarce, maybe 2 pieces on a slice, I would give it a 6.5 out of 10 and it did NOT weigh 3 pounds like advertised, more tricks! They also claim these big cheese steaks for 23.00 with tax which I won't be ordering, if I want that I'll order 2 at Market Basket for 12.00 bucks with no tricks! Lol. This was my first time here and sorry, but...
