Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Hugoton

If it was possible to give NO stars I would. The girl forgot to bring us menu's. We had to go ask for them. She finally brought our drinks but no plates for the salad bar. Finally got those. We sat there for awhile and she finally come around and ask if we were ready to pay. REALLY, we hadn't even gotten our food. SHE FORGOT TO PUT OUR ORDER IN! In the meantime about 15 people had come in and now their orders were ahead of ours. We went up and told them just to just cancel our order and the manager (I think) rudely ask "why we were leaving, what was our problem". Our problem was with our order never getting entered in. Never in my 27 years of being on this Blessed Earth have I experienced such unprofessionalism. The experience does not deserve the upgrade to a 1 star. Wait staff and bussers making loud, rude remarks to one another in front of customers. Orders were forgotten about, drinks were empty for 30 minutes of our 45 minute visit, waitress couldn't remember who ordered what and food was very subpar. Come time of check out with the manager, we could finally understand why the staff were so openly disrespectful. The server (middle aged caucasian woman) we had was rude and only came to our table to bring us our drinks! She over charged us and got mad when we didn't want to put our tip on our debit card as we left one on the table. We had 2 adult buffets, a 4yo and 2yo, 3 waters, and a pepsi. She charged us for 4 adult buffets and 4 sodas!! The pizza was fine, the salad bar was DISGUSTING! Had food mixed in other food, a FLY in the peaches and when I told another server about it all she said was OH! and walked off, we were there for another 15 min and NOT ONE STAFF MEMBER CHANGED IT OUT!!
