Angie's Place — Restaurant in Hull

I went to update my driver's license in ATHENS, GA this morning and my breakfast near me search was in HULL (MADISON COUNTY). This spot had a jammed packed parking lot. But some folks do take out so I got a space. Came inside and saw people were lined up at the counter to order, pick up, and pay. There were plenty of tables and a long counter available for sit down diners. The man in front of me ordered eggs, ham, and bacon. And the young lady behind the counter kept piling meat on his take out container. I was wondering if he ordered double servings... So I went for BREAKFAST COMBO PLATE #2 - HOMEMADE SCRABBLED EGGS. LARGE HOME MADE BUTTERMILK BISCUIT (CUBED) AND SMOTHERED WITH TWO LADLES OF WHITE COUNTRY GRAVY, AND 5 PIECES OF CRISP BACON. I got a cash discount and paid $8 for the food! With a large sweet tea the total came to $10.25. There is a unisex bathroom that is handicap accessible. I got an egg and cheese biscuit to go at Angie's restaurant on Monday. Unfortunately halfway through it I found a long dark hair. It was very disgusting. I called them and told them as a heads up, I told the lady I didn't want anything, I just wanted to let them know so maybe they'd have the cook or whoever wear a hat or hair net. The lady on the phone didn't care in the least. So, I went in there this morning and told them in person. This time I got an, "Oh, sorry". I don't want my money back, a replacement biscuit, trouble... A simple, sincere "I'm sorry" would have made this all over with. I guess when you're a busy place losing one customer doesn't matter. I called to place an order for biscuits and was told, "I have a line around the wall and for just biscuits you'll have to come in and order." WTH? My purpose for calling was that I didn't want to stand in line. I would have waited the appropriate time and gone to pick up the food. The food is good, but the response was rude. I won't be ordering from Angie's Place again.
