The esquite is incredible. Their al pastor tacos were the best it had the most flavor even though it did not come with everything that it was supposed to it only came with the protein all the toppings were missing. I tried their quesabirria which was way too hot to hold and just ok. It didn’t have much flavor and the consume tasted like nothing. Their pollo pibil tacos were spicy even though they aren’t supposed to be and had no toppings either. They were way too spicy for me without adding any spice to them so I couldn’t even eat them. Everyone I was with had the same reaction. For the lack of flavor the tacos were quite expensive. The lady who took our order and served us was quite rude especially cause it was our first time trying their food and we asked her for suggestions. The space is quite small so be aware that you will be standing waiting for a table to open up if you want to sit as when we went everyone was waiting for their food like us. It did take a while as we did get the golden box for our family of 4. As I said before before everyone else at the location was also waiting for their food. I would try something else next time and only get al pastor as it was the only protein...
Read moreFirst time i went there it was awesome, we where excited and thought we found the spot. Second time I went there excited for the same tacos, I ordered 8 tacos for take out. Got home opened the taco box and they where plane tacos with cheese. The tacos are suppose to come with cilantro and onions and no cheese. I went back and told them they gave me the wrong tacos. They said they ran out of onions and cilantro, i said ok so why didn’t you tell me, I don’t eat plane tacos and also don’t eat cheese. They would not refund me, the only way i could get 2 new tocas with out cheese and putting a different type of onion on it (white onions instead of red onions was by ordering and paying for 2 additional tacos…. The tacos are good but if you go somewhere and they give you what ever they want with out asking that’s a violation especially when your spending $58 dollars on tacos. I was excited about this spot but we will probably never go there again. Absolutely terrible customer service. Imagine ordering a pizza and they give you a pizza without out cheese or sauce because they ran out, and than they don’t tell you or take it back. Super poor...
Read moreToday I finally made it to Don Paco in Humacao—been wanting to go for a while, and honestly, it exceeded my expectations. The place is a food truck, but it’s well set up with a roof and outdoor seating. Super cozy. It’s not hot or uncomfortable—just right for chilling and enjoying your food.
I had three different tacos, and all three were fire. Each had its own flavor, well-seasoned, with that onion and cilantro touch… but the al pastor taco? That one was definitely my favorite—so damn good. I also had some esquites and a Jarrito, and what surprised me the most was how fast everything came out. We paid, and in like seven minutes, we were already eating.
The menu has a lot of variety, so there’s something for everyone. It’s a great spot to grab lunch or just treat yourself to some seriously good tacos. Bottom line: good food, good vibes, and quick service. I totally...
