A go to for us everytime we are in Humacao. The rotating variety of food trucks is great. Our usual go to is La Mancha Platano, love their chicken and tostones. Today I finally got to try Bucanero Pit BBQ. It was worth the wait! I got their Pulled Pork platter with street corn and potato salad. Appreciated the tangy sweet sauce and flavor of both sides. If you we ever in the area, I encourage you to stop by!

Food truck park localizado en Humacao, se llega muy facil por la carretera 30 si vienes de San Juan o Caguas. Tienen variedad de opciones como BBQ, sushi, arepas venezolanas, hot dogs artesanales, comida criolla y hasta un vagón de bebidas alcohólicas con gran variedad de cervezas.
