A go to for us everytime we are in Humacao. The rotating variety of food trucks is great. Our usual go to is La Mancha Platano, love their chicken and tostones. Today I finally got to try Bucanero Pit BBQ. It was worth the wait! I got their Pulled Pork platter with street corn and potato salad. Appreciated the tangy sweet sauce and flavor of both sides. If you we ever in the area, I encourage you to stop by!
