I’m super upset with this place. We take our kids here at-least twice a week. We have never had a problem with this place until we ran into the owner. I ordered 2 shaved ice and a ice cream for my fiancé. I got home and realized that their was literally a couple table spoons of flavoring in a whole cup of ice smh. Then my fiancé went back to get extra syrup because their was none in their. The owner said you had to let it melt and then the flavor would go down. Then he kept the two that I paid for and then charged me for another one. The owner lost our business and my families business. It’s not about providing service one time it’s about continuing business. If this was my business I would have charged a customer twice for the same thing? I would have simply made it right by making another one and charged the customer for extra syrup not for a whole 2 shaved ice which he only gave us one back and we decided to buy our kid ice...
Read moreWe have been customers for 5+ years. We have always loved this place and had great experiences. The previous owner was always there and was very friendly with us. However, our past few visits have been lackluster. Staff are either not friendly or feels like their rushing you out. Today, the girl at the register told us we had enough points for a 'regular' and discounted us a kid's size instead... not a huge deal but just added to the decline in customer service we've been experiencing lately.

Read moreFelt a little scammed for getting a large scrambler when it looks to be maybe 2 oz. More than a small scrambler…. Ladies that took care of me were pretty bad with their customer service skills, and were rude. Told them to not add chocolate chips and replace with oreo on one of my desserts (some kind of raspberry sundae for my mom), they didn’t do it LOL.
A pretty disappointing experience. I’ll be going somewhere else for my dessert next time. Do better, Sweet Sanity. I don’t like seeing a frown on my Mama’s face when I wanna do something...
