The Willows — Restaurant in Huntertown

Came in with daughter on Tuesday afternoon. There were only 2 tables total in the restaurant. We stated we had bit been there before. Our fried appetizer didn't have the mozzarella sticks on it. Ok..we mentioned it and it was fixed. We both got sandwiches with homemade chips. ABSOLUTELY NO FLAVOR. They didn't give me the thousand island for my Ruben. I also mentioned that I was getting a to go order for my mother, a Fish sandwich and a coke no ice. Glad I looked in the bag bc they forgot the tartar sauce. I asked for the coke 3 more times. At this point I couldn't leave this restaurant fast enough. Our total was $45!!! I said I want a receipt bc that didn't sound right. It wasn't she charged us for 3 baskets and we only ordered one. I was absolutely BOILING inside and just paid bc everything else had been a chore Our first and last time visiting. Horrible experience. Zero flavor, over charged, literally got everything wrong. I could've gotten a way better meal...

My husband was promised a job and place to stay by the drunk manager and her boyfriend.We packed and moved to Indiana from North Carolina and were left high and dry with our 4 year old daughters and my pregnant wife ,and had to figure out where to go with very little money.We even paid to eat waiting to speak to Shannon and Gary ,the food was horrible,small portions,and overcooked.While we waited for our food 2 other tables of customers talked about how Shannon and Gary stay drunk and the restaurant is always out of everything.Our waitress,and older lady with short hair said she wasn't disagreeing that both parties stayed drunk and she was so sorry this happened to us.The restaurant side of the place was emptied ,the bar wasnt,go figure and Shannon was in the bar side but continued to go to the kitchen although the employees didn't seem to want or need her help.I was stranded with my family for 48 hours and had to travel hours back to where we came...

Disappointed with the service and food. Been here several times as I live a couple miles away. This time I invited my father who had never been here before. Service was rushed from the beginning, couldn't get a full conversation in nor did my dad really have time to browse the menu before the waitress came to ask for our order. When I got my food, the server messed up my order. I pushed it to the side thinking she would come right away considering how rushed everything was. She didn't. Had to go up to the front with my plate to tell her my order was made incorrectly. My dad finished his plate by the time mine was remade. Inside of my omelette was runny as if it wasn't cooked all the way through. Server apologized and we understand that mistakes happen, but if you are going to take it off the bill, we expected that and it never happened. Still tipped 20%, but we won't be returning.
