My family just had the worst experience at this McDonald in Huntingdon, TN. with RACHEL NALEY. She was super rude, gave us the wrong order and slammed the drive thru window while I was talking to her trying to request for my correct order. She was screaming and yelling that she wasn't going to give me the correct order cause they can’t take back items, she kept insisting that I ordered what I was given, that’s when I pulled out the receipt and she knew she had screwed up. Most of the staff there are teenagers and managers suck. My kids can run a business better than these dummies here. That been said, I will be writing to corporate and making sure they know what is really going on this McDonald’s. Good luck if you complain cause management has no idea what is going on or even have the slightest clue on how to control their staff, I wouldn’t be surprised if this place has failed Food Safety inspections. Every time I come here eagerly waiting for a taste of the yellow crispy goodness of the McDonald's French fry, my golden arch smile is immediately flipped upside down when I am met with a limp, old, stale, and soggy fry, a sad excuse that is inexcusable. UPDATE: I called corporate about the employee previously mentioned and they acted really concerned and sympathetic and promised to contact me within 48 hrs to let me know of the resolution...

Dont waste your breath calling the corporate office if a McDonalds employee is horribly rude, gives you the wrong food, and curses you goodbye because when they hang up, its totally forgotten.
