Boardriders Cafe — Restaurant in Huntington Beach

Bruh!!! I have driven by after surf. My wife has mentioned it. And today it showed up in my feed. So, we dropped in to do a vibe check on this surf spot. The locals were super chill and friendly, even ran into our daughters friend Ana who is working there. Everything checked out. The food and coffee are both on point. Wife got the bowl with sausage and I got the breakfast burrito with avocado. Good siyed portions and great flavors. The drip coffee was good enough for my wife to get seconds! All together the line up here was great and the experience was wonderful. You can tell it's a family run place. We will be returning. I need to try out some of their pastries, which are I believe made by a local micro bakery. They looked delicious. After surf, or if you are looking for a great breakfast or lunch spot, I enthusiastically recommend...

I’ll admit, I was a little hesitant when I walked in......... the place was packed and buzzing with energy. But the service was on point, the atmosphere was lively without being chaotic, and the food exceeded expectations.

I ordered the chicken sandwich on sourdough and it was spot-on: flavorful, perfectly cooked, and "healthy". Despite the crowd, everything came out in a timely manner and the staff handled the rush like pros.

We ordered the breakfast bowl, blt sourdough sandwich, teajava, and a hot mocha latte. Food was excellent. The blt had nice thick bacon, but I thought the tomatoes were sliced too thin for that type of sandwich. Grilled nicely. Everything was fresh. The breakfast bowl was very good. We may ask for the sauce "on the side" for next time. Food was nicely portioned and we were full for a good part of the day. Mocha latte was acceptable...maybe could have added a bit more chocolate. All-in-all, our experience was really good and the food...
