KFC — Restaurant in Huntington Park

I'm sorry it really hurts me to write this. But I hadn't had KFC in a while. So I had a craving you know? One of those comfort food cravings that remind you of Sundays after church with your mom dad and sisters picking it up and eating at the park while feeding the ducks... Well .... I was utterly broken hearted.. I order and this employee is not rude but just condescending and sarcastic een bored answering my questions like im an idiot. I order a 8pc $20 meal and a cookie dozen, 4 extra biscuits and my total is$52.. So i get to the window and shes mad i ask for a breakdown of my check. I change it to a 12 pc cancel the extra biscuits and my total is $48.. Anyone else lost? & As she hands me my food she says "we only have legs and thighs is that ok?" HUH? $48 AND NOT ONE BREAST? NOT A WING? AND ON TOP OF IT ALL I GOT THE BONUS OF HEARING THIS GIRL HUFF AND ROLL HER EYES WHEN I HAD A QUESTION.. Colonel SANDERS WOULD BE BOWING HIS HEAD IN SHAME.. SHAME ON YOU! BAD JOB! What ever happened to good customer service? Or for a long standing company having more training for these employees and a little more customer appreciation with these...

Bad service. Every time I order thru drive thru, they always seem to get my order wrong, even after repeating it to me 2/3 times. They always seem to forget to put pickles on my cripsy colonel sandwich, or they nevr bother asking if I even want any. Same with my other orders, you tell them you want mashed potatoes, they give you potatoes wedges. No ketchup, hot sauce, ranch, napkins, you have to ask them other wise they won't even give you any. Only reason I still go is for my toddler who loves eating mashed potatoes from there, but even then his kids meal always comes wrong after I repeat my order to them. There's a lot of new "kids" working there who don't know a thing about customer service, from a simple greeting. Every time I go they are always so distracted by the female customers. The manager seems to be rude and not caring. Seems to not care. Even she herself always takes my order wrong. It's so frustrating!!! I use to LOVE going there since it's just down the corner, but now I recently started going to the Maywood one where the service is better. Hopefully somebody sees this and...

If you had your orders complete then you are lucky, and I live around the area so any other kfc is alot further, the food is good but the orders are most of the time screwed up which I feel this place has lazy workers. As i soon as i get home it turns out the order was incomplete inside the box. Items missing or switched out. My box comes with mashed potatoes but when I opened turns out I have fries. The could've at least told me that they were out of mashed potatoes if that was the case but then still I consider the staff so lazy. In particular the young ones. Either the cookie is missing, a tender, or pickles on my chicken Littles and many other occasions. I haven't had kfc for while now from here so i thought it would be different but apparently they still have lazy people in there and that led me to finally drop a review for this place.
