La Quebrada Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Huntsville

To start off, we went on the night of the Christmas parade. They were obviously very unstaffed. The waitress was young so I felt bad since it likely wasn’t her fault, however she took our order not long after we sat down and then we never got the chips with salsa or our margaritas we ordered until she came with the meal 45 minutes after being there. She asked at that point if we still wanted chips and apologized saying they were still working on our drinks. At that point we just asked her for waters. I feel this should have been offered earlier. Also my husband didn’t have a fork and had to wait for her to come back, only to get a plastic fork since they had run out of silverware. All in all, incredibly slow service, mediocre atmosphere and food. Might be back just due to it being an “event night,” but would prefer either of the other Mexican restaurants...

This is me and my fiances place well was we went in as a date night as we do every other week we love there salsa anyways we had a teenage boy my fiance ordered the street tacos he pointes to the picture the kid said steak my fiance said yes he brought him like steak not the street tacos no biggie well he said i asked u if u wanted steak and took it away rude my fiance was upset of course so i went to the kitchen and said never mind he doesnt want it anymore the kid threw our check down and did not say a word this is the worst we have ever been treated there and we wont be back the manager thats always there or the owner didnt ask us about it or anything this isnt our place anymore bc of one rude server im just upset bc this was our first fate place but there are many more places in...

I keep trying to give this place a try, but man 🤦🏻‍♀️been there twice since they reopened from being Lolo's. Let me start by saying that Hannah is great! She has always been friendly, helpful and is just super easy to deal with. But the last time I was in I had waitress Shelby(again 🙄) who had her sister come over to our table to gossip with one another. When Shelby FINALLY took our order, when she was bringing it out she sat it down on the other table as if she was expecting us to get it ourselves. So after waiting ten minutes for her to put them at our table, we just moved tables. She was extremely rude, and never came to check on our table, and then had the nerve to ask for a tip.
