If I could leave a zero star review I would because this is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had to put up with I spend $20 and waited 25 minutes for them to tell me they didn’t get my order and can’t make it there or give me a refund the manager and staff told me to forget about it and order a new one which totaled up to $21 and expected me to pay for a new order I didn’t even want! I work in food service i understand system malfunctions but when I show you that the money has been taken out of my account by your store and your resolution is to have me spend an additional $20 just to eat at your establishment has me absolutely behooved! I walked out of there with no food and down $20 tell me how that works? Please please please never ever ever eat here go to a different subway do not give these people your money this is not the only bad experience I’ve had with this store they constantly mess up orders they are rude they don’t clean properly their fountain drinks spit out black grime when you use any of them including the ice half the time you pay for a drink just for it to not work or have no ice they reuse dirty knives I could go on FOR SURE so please people save yourself and go to a different subway because this store should not be in service...

A pitiful dollop of chicken salad so skimpy I thought they forgot the meat entirely! 1 measly scoops of some watery, flavorless mush . I let it slide the first time but went back up the location to confront the owners , they showed me the scooper they use and said a 12 inch sub gets one scoop which is wild. The veggies are wilted, the bread’s often stale, and the staff must be trained to ration ingredients like it’s a wartime shortage. I’m shelling out money for a sub that’s basically 90% air and 10% disappointment. If I wanted a veggie sandwich, I’d raid a garden, not come to Subway. The owners wife was making the sandwiches. while she was making the second sub ,another customer came in. The woman went to take the next person's order I said I'm sorry actually can I add another wrap to my order same as the other one. I stepped to the side so the other person could start their order. Then I noticed she shut the oven? I said excuse me is that a sub ? She said yes. I said oh I'm sorry I wanted a wrap she said no you said the same thing. The woman behind me said I heard you say wrap to. The owners wife then rang me up I said I'm sorry that's not what I wanted. She said well it's to late it will just go to waste.
