This is the second time we have visited this establishment and to be honest we didn’t have a good experience either time. There was only one other person in the restaurant when we walked in, the place was trashed the floors covers in trash and food. The employees standing around eating and on her phone talking to a young man that worked there and she Continue to eat as we are standing there to be seated and continued the conversation amongst themselves. Once seated the window sills are covered in dust and dead bugs . She was nice but you could tell her first priority was her conversation with the young man not her guests. The fact that they stood around eating and talking when the floor was trashed was gross and clearly cleanliness is not a priority. I have working in a restaurant for years and would never want my customers to feel like they don’t deserve a clean place to eat. To top it off the food is so overpriced . My fries were so greasy there was a pool of grease all over my plate that it made my sandwich soggy I couldn’t eat them . We...
Read moreI'm hesitant to post a review as I'm afraid this wonderful 'off-the-beaten-path' diner will become recognized and the wait times will explode. However, this family unit deserves much recognition. I visited this establishment this morning, Sunday. They worked in unison as you would expect a family to perform, and it showed! The service was top notch. There was no waiting for "your sever" to get what you wanted. They were all helping each other out. The food was also prepared by a family member. The helpings were substantial and well plated. I remember thinking as I was shoveling the sausage gravy into my mouth.. this is just how Grandma used to make it! Which is fitting as this was a well oiled Granny driven machine. To top it off, my guest and I left stuffed for about $30. Anymore, that is not an easy task when dining in. I absolutely adore this place and will most certainly be returning! Thanks Jordan's...
Read moreThis is the most disgusting restaurant my wife and I ate at. You heard of greasey spoon places, well this one tops them all. Our food came to our table all shinning and glistening from the grease. My ham and cheese was dripping grease and the sandwich was a complete mush unable to hold on to it. Fries were burnt and greasey, also soggy from the dirty oil they must use . My wife's patty melt and fries. Her fries were like mine, and her sandwich was burnt on bottom, and also greasey and unable to hold on to it due to the saturated bread, etc. We left our table to pay at the cashier. They asked how everything was. I mentioned what I wrote, and he laughed? Disgusting place. Lived here 8 years, and this was the first time we experienced Jordan's........
