Had a pretty negative experience here a couple of months ago when getting a bubble tea, the barista rolled her eyes and it took 20 minutes to get the drink with no one else in the store. I wasn’t going to share as I don’t like posting negative reviews, and decided to visit the store multiple times afterwards. However the service has consistently been a miss. The tea itself was decent, if a little on the weak side. Lunch is decent as well but pricey for what you’re getting, store is very cute and a good atmosphere. Stuck in a hotel room with gloomy rainy weather outside, I decided to order for delivery. Usually when you order for delivery you are unpleasantly suprised by what you get (Joe Pesci's motto about drive-thru fast food goes the same for delivery). Was I in for a total mind bend!
