Subway — Restaurant in Hurricane

I normally receive great service and quality when I go to this location. However I went in this afternoon to order a 6 inch for my daughter. There were 2 employees standing at the cash register appearing to be going over something. When I approached the counter to order, the one with the bright pink/red hair asked me what she could get me with a tone and attitude that indicated she was irritated by my presence, and that I was completely imposing on her day by coming to her place of work and ordering food from there. She spoke to me like this through the whole process, even though I was saying please with my responses. When I asked for lettuce, she saw the lettuce bins were empty and slammed them out of the counter while I was in the middle of telling her what I wanted on the sandwich. This was absolutely unacceptable behavior. Don't get me wrong, I understand that people in the food industry are often treated very poorly by the public, as I used to work in that field, but no customer should be treated in such a way when they did nothing to offend someone other...

The air was full of confusion. I don't work therramekinshad about as much understanding of what was going on as anyone else. One girl couldn't find ramekins so she went into the back to hunt for ramekins and immediately after she left the other employee pulled ramekins from right where the first girl was initially standing.

Got multiple sandwiches and after I paid I was asked if I wanted a bag. I said yes and A bag was set on the counter for me to put my food into. Utterly surprised I did bag my own food but forgot a dipping sauce on the counter. Proof that the customer doesn't always know what the hell is going on.

Baffling service but rating five stars for comedic relief. I will be talking about this trip to Subway for weeks to come. I gave a 20% tip to bag my own food which I shamelessly ate on The floor of my empty house laughing uncontrollably from time to time over the absurdity of my trip to Subway....

I walked into Subway at Walmart yesterday, no customers were there. There was one worker(guy) leaning against count with his back to me on phone texting and there was another worker(young girl) sitting in the backroom on her phone texting also, I stood there for several minutes, finally I asked if they were open and he turned and replied “maybe”.
