I rarely leave reviews, but this food truck genuinely deserves all the praise. I literally drive 30 minutes each way just for their food, which should tell you everything you need to know!

I originally came for the Birria Tacos, and they are hands-down the best I've ever had. The meat is tender, perfectly seasoned, and the consommé is rich and flavorful.

Tonight, I branched out and tried the Al Pastor tacos, and wow. They were equally delicious - fresh, juicy, and packed with flavor. It’s comforting to know that everything on their menu is top-tier and made to order.

I highly recommend this family owned food trailer. Norma is always nice friendly and attentive trying to make your order perfect. The quesabirrias are finger licking good dipped in the most tasty consome. I have also tried there al pastor torta, menudo and barbacoa you could get anything and nothing disappoint paired up with the perfect agua fresca. If you’re looking for Baja style food—this is it!! I grew up in South San Diego/Tijuana so, I’m pretty familiar with the regional cuisine—let me tell you…this place is legit!! The fish tacos taste like something you’d get in Ensenada or Rosarito. The ceviche and shrimp cocktail are as authentic as it gets. The birria is also delicious.
