Well first of all, waiting in the drive thru for more than 10 mins when there was only me and one other person there is crazy. Then for some reason, they put 3 greasy patties on my quarter pounder deluxe, I specifically asked for no pickles and to add lettuce. They still put the pickles on there. Then the girl asked me to pull up to the first window to get my total but no one came. I sat at the window until the car at the second window left so then I pulled up to the second window and instead of saying hey sorry for the wait like a normal person working in a window with customer service would... she asks me immediately if I had a different form of payment because she didn't want to run to the back to have to swipe my card. I say no and she goes ugh well then I have to go to the back . Snatches my card and walks away and then comes back with no receipt.When I asked for my receipt, she said she ran out of receipt paper. I just said ok and she gives me my drink and hands me my food and immediately shuts the window.. without another word. Like girl I'm sorry you hate your job. But it's literally no one's fault and not a good reason to give shitty customer service. Definitely won't be going during the night anymore if that's how they treat...

Not to mention all the times they've left things out of my order or done things wrong....honestly, why even even ask what sauce I want with the nuggets, it's not like your actually going to give me any. Read more“Customer is always right” well not at this McDonalds. I asked for a large strawberry banana smoothie with whip cream. I was then informed it would be .25 cents for the whip. I said awesome I will take the whip and I saw it on the drive-through board. When I reached the second window I noticed my smoothie didn’t have whip and I said I was supposed to get whip. The women responded very rudely stating that you don’t get whip. I said I payed for whip cream. Take a look at your receipt and you will see no whip for you. I told her I didn’t get a receipt.
