I’m so bummed. We used to go to this restaurant all the time when it was over on Fremont. The owners were friendly, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the food was delicious.

We decided to go today. We ordered a burger, carnitas quesadilla (comes with sour cream and guacamole), and 2 tacos. The tacos came out first. Not much meat, but the meat tasted good. Then the quesadilla showed up. The tortillas were burnt, but I can look past that. The waiter dropped the food off and I look down, no guacamole. Sour cream and what looked like premade salsa. More like hot sauce than salsa. (The salsa used to be fresh. Tomatoes, onion, avocado. Delicious.) When I asked where the guacamole was, I was told they didn’t have avocados today. (The waiter did come back and say they could make me a small batch of guacamole, I thanked him. The guacamole that was given to me looked similar to what they used to make, but it was watery and looked old.) Then I take a bite of the quesadilla. Before I even took a bite, I could smell the meat. It smelled odd, but possibly still good. The taste though. No seasoning. Maybe there had been seasoning at one point, but all I could taste was the meat. And it was not a good taste. It tasted like it may have turned. So I spent $13 for burnt tortillas, a small amount of cheese, old meat, and old guacamole. I tried to eat around the meat, because I was obviously hungry. I finally gave up after 3 bites. The burger wasn’t much better. My son at half of it and couldn’t eat any more. The patty was obviously prepackaged, which is fine, but no seasoning. The fries? They used to be so good! Now they’re soggy. A couple of them were black, and none of them had any bit of crispiness.

This was one of our favorite places in Idaho Falls. It makes me so sad to see it go downhill like this. But when I spend almost $50 (with tip) on a meal, I want to be able to eat it. I wish the owners the best, and I know it’s a struggle to open and run a business.. but they’ve cut the wrong corners. I hope they make the changes needed to become successful again.. I just won’t be...

We went here had a great experience. You order and pay when you first arrive. The employees are very helpful with suggestions. I ordered the house burrito with the marinated pork, Adobada. My wife ordered the chicken pesto panini sandwich with fries. They have a lot of drink options. The food was absolutely delicious. My adobada burrito came smothered with poblano cheese sauce and a tasty grill chili pepper on top. The cheese sauce is so good you’ll find yourself making sure each bite has some on it. The adobado was very flavorful and delicious. I highly recommend it for burritos or tacos. The chicken pesto panini was cooked perfectly and there was so much melted cheese. Excellent crunch. The flavors blended together so well this sandwich became an instant favorite. The fries are homemade and pair very well with their fry sauce. The hours are typically from 11-4PM so be sure to plan accordingly. The employees are very helpful and will ensure you have a great experience. I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Update, we already went back and I got a burger and onion rings, very good. The onion rings are large. I recommend Park...

We stopped by Park Avenue Grill and I am so glad we did! This was our first time here (but it certainly won't be our last), and we couldn't have asked for a better meal. Kevin greeted us promptly as we entered and was very helpful. I ordered the House Burrito and added chopped lettuce, onions and serrano peppers. As you can see by the photos, I ate it all and dang near licked my plate clean! My spouse had the Roasted Boar Sandwich which comes with delicious hand cut fries and a drink. She destroyed the sandwich and the fries (I managed to snag 2 fries from her and they were awesome). Kevin also let me try their salsa and it was lights out good! If you haven't tried Park Avenue Grill, I highly recommend giving them your business if you are looking for delicious food at a reasonable price. They also BBQ at the Idaho Brewing Company in Idaho Falls, every Friday evening. Thanks for such a great...

Stopped by while driving to Yellowstone, and found that this place had 4.9 stars, which now has me wondering what fluke must have happened for some to give them anything but a 5 star rating! EVERYTHING we had was delicious, fresh, fast (maybe a 10 minute wait at most from the time we ordered.) One of the workers even brought out a little toy for our toddler to play with which was unexpected, yet so nice of them. We shared 1 Carne asada street taco, 1 carnitas street taco, the French dip with fries (hand cut fries were perfect level of crisp outside, but soft insid,) and the Chicken Pesto Panini with pasta salad (which has like a pesto cream sauce on it, so good!) Everything hit the spot so well, and we've decided on the spot that next time we're in Idaho Falls, it's worth the extra drive to the north end of town. Park Avenue Grill, keep doing what you're doing!
