(Click on photo to see why we say filthy work place) Why hasn't the health department been called in this place? Whose running this place; a child? This is the most disgusting, and slowest service fast food restaurant our family had ever been to!!!!! 1 hour for food that takes 10 minutes or less to make. I'm sorry to say but this is 100% managements fault!!!! You didn't train anyone here with integrity, honesty, cleanliness, time management, or even basic social skills. Our family feels like we stepped into a third-world-country. All the kids working there have no one to watch them or guide them to strive for excellence! You sir or ma'm are doing these young people a disservice and it's heart breaking! You should be ashamed and fired 100%!!! I have ZERO tolerance for this kind of stuff because its wrong, just plain WRONG! When I seen the floor full of food, counters are nasty, no one washing their hands probably (basic stuff we learn as children) and no one working here knows what to do either. We about threw up after seeing the floors. Look at our post here with the photo! Corporate needs to see this! By the way, the food was disgusting. I know an 8 year old who makes better tacos than this place. Again it's all in the management team (if your want to call it that) that this is happening. I would close this place down for a time being until new management that cares about the workers, can teach proper working habits, and just basic common sense things, oh like hygiene then things would improve. Plus the Health Department needs to get everyone on board to clean this place up and start over. This is a VERY busy place so that's no excuse to be filthy, 1 to 2 hours for food, and the list goes on and on. (Oh for reference in the photo you can see the receipts flowing out line crazy but no one is looking at them. That...
Read moreWow, this was not a good visit. We were excited to go to this location closer to our home. It was around 9 pm. As we drove up, we could see that there was a long line at the drive-thru, so we went inside to order our food. They only have self-help kiosks, and there was no one to take our order. There were 2 people waiting for their order that had ordered previously. When we ordered, we were able to figure it out after making some choices that didn't lead us to the burrito taco pack we were looking for. When it asked if we wanted any sauce I selected the avocado hot sauce and it said that it was going to charge me 20 cents each for them, so I took it off and changed it to fire sauce and asked for 6 of them. We them paid and waited for our order.
It took forever! We waited for 15 minutes before they called my name and set the bag on the counter, and walked away. We didn't check our order before we left. As we left the LONG LINE IN THE DRIVE-THRU WAS GONE. So they took care of everyone in the drive-thru and anyone else who got into it before making our order. NOT COOL!
When we got home, there was only 1 of the avocado sauces in the package.
The tacos barely had any meat in them at all, verlittle cheese and were mostly lettuce and even then were only about 1/2 to 3/4 full. Now on to the burritos.
They shouldn't call them 5 layer burritos when they are flat. There were 4 layers of tortilla and a smudge of beans and sour cream in them. They where not what was advertised not what I had ordered and not what I have come to expect at Taco Bell.
I look for reasons to give 5 stars, and as you can see, I couldn't find any here.
We cannot...
Read moreWhat has happened to Taco Bell lately? It feels like every location has gone downhill.
I placed a mobile order for four breakfast burritos and sent my coworker to pick them up since I was busy at work yesterday. She came back and told me they ran out of eggs because the customer before her placed a huge order, and I’d need to come back in 15 minutes. I was frustrated, especially because mobile orders should be prioritized and ready for pickup. I went back anyway to pick up the food I had already paid for about 15 minutes later.
When I arrived, the drive-thru line was packed, so I went inside hoping my order was waiting on the shelf. Instead, the employee told me my food still wasn’t ready and that I’d be “better off going through the drive-thru” because they prioritize drive-thru first. That comment said it all: as a mobile order customer, I wasn’t a priority. They already had my money, so my experience didn’t matter.
I’ve worked in fast food before—I know there has to be a balance between drive-thru, dine-in, and mobile orders. But when mobile ordering was introduced, it was supposed to be the priority. Ignoring those orders just leaves paying customers frustrated.
Taco Bell needs to figure this out—whether it’s paying employees better, holding them to higher standards, or both. Because right now, the employees are dragging down the customer experience and,...
