I stopped at the drive thru for a quick burger because I was traveling on the interstate. When I pulled up about 9:00 pm, I ordered 2 chicken sliders. The guy said it would take about 5 minutes and asked if I wanted to wait. I said no I was in a rush to get moving and I ordered a burger. When I pulled up to pay, someone was in front of me paying. Then it took 7 minutes for them to give him his food. When I pulled up to pay, they acted like I was not there for another couple of minutes. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Why didn't he tell me in the first place that the guy in front of me ordered something that was going to take 7 minutes? Especially after I told him I was in a hurry. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I understand that sometimes it will take awhile to get my food, but why didn't the server tell me that? This kid could care less that I was there. I really try to give fast food places the benefit of the doubt when I review them, but this A&W was horrible. I definitely would recommend you drive a few miles down the freeway and stop in Ontario or Caldwell. Any place would be better than the service you'll get from...

Rip off ..this place is a rip off and they were rude. We ordered a special with 2 cheeseburger s and while driving back to nampa I told my husband they only have one burger in the bag so I called them and said we just left and what we were missing. The girl started questioning me , like I wasn't honest. She actually said anyone can call in and say they are missing something. I said we just left. We were at the front counter.(how rude)She asked did I have th receipt I said no the girl didn't offer a receipt . so she finally found the register tape and said you only bought one burger . I said no we ordered the 2 for 5 and then I said how much was on dBl cheese burger she said 5 dollars . well isnt that convenient. That's the same price as the special. Now we gave only been there twice and had problems both times. We won't be back. It really helps to be courteous to your clients . it might behoove you to try...

We went through the drive-through around 9:30 PM, after realizing the highway was closed heading north. Once we realized we had to turn around and take the longer route home, we decided to drive through to get meals for our family of five. The employee at the window, Brett, was the rudest human I have encountered in quite a while. We thanked him for the order and he shoved it through the window in our faces. He missed an order of fries, which we asked for based on our receipt. He argued that we didn’t pay for it, and we finally persuaded him that we did, after again showing him the receipt. He angrily shoved the fries through the window. We then asked for some ketchup, which he again shoved into my husband‘s hand, dropping several and slamming the window in his face.
