Even for McDonald's, this was unbelievable. First I was given this raw burger. I paid cash in the drive thru and did not take my receipt. So I called and told them what happened. I was put on hold immediately, then another woman told me I could come in and get a new one. She didn't ask my name. I told her I didn't have a receipt. She said I could come in within two weeks. Well without my name or my receipt how would you know to honor the replacement? So I went back and went inside. I noted to myself the sign on the door that said "Masks Requested" NOT "REQUIRED" but I only had so much lunch time left I forgot mine at work. I went in anyway and showed them the burger. While waiting for another, I stood alone. Literally no one around me. An employee who was either on a break or leaving comes around the counter and yells to me, "Can you put on a mask?! They're supposed to ask you I don't know why they didn't". Then he proceeded to hand me one. I was given the replacement and I left. Through the phone call and going back, not ONE person apologized. Not for the burger, not for having to come back. Not one peep as I'm yelled at for not wearing a mask... I personally would have been embarrassed to serve that. I've waitressed and have been in customer service for over 10 years before my current job. Sad really, even for a McDonald's. I wouldn't have even been in there had you not served me this. Put a sign on your door saying you're requiring masks if you're gonna yell at/embarrass your customers. And try being apologetic or even remotely sympathetic to your mistake and the time it takes away from your customer.

I’ve escalated the matter to upper management because it’s clear something is wrong with the cooking process at this location. Serving undercooked meat poses a health risk, and if this continues, someone could become seriously ill. When I called to express my concerns, the manager dismissed them by stating, ā€œI don’t think that can happen, seeing that we’re performing food quality and safety checks right now.ā€ This response was not only dismissive but also deeply disappointing, especially given the seriousness of the issue.

This McDonalds is different from all the others in Twin. This is the one on Kimberly Road. The fries are a bit too salty. They don't get any special orders correctly, and I have had to wait "over there" in the drive-through more here than any other McDonalds ever. My suggestion is to only order off the menu, don't modify anything, or it will be wrong. I have received onions on a plain burger and extra pickles when I order something without them. I have paid for extra cheese on a sandwich and didn't get it. I have ordered frozen coke and received Dr Pepper. On and on and on, over and over. It's between my house and work, and the last stop while heading out of town. I want more fast food in this area to help them get organized or get gone. I'm...
