Absolutely terrible. After search online I was suggested to choose 7:45pm as my reservation time and had a pending request which led me to call this establishment. Among my call I spoke with the host where I gave him my name and phone number all the while reassuring him of my email that was inputted online. Being that this is a newer establishment we underestimated the time it was going to take to get here. I did my part and let the host know that we were going to arrive at 7:54pm. Soon after I was informed that the kitchen would be closing at 8pm. I let the host know we already pulled up the menu and knew what we wanted and would make it a very smooth process. He proceeded to tell me “that’s perfect we’ll see you soon.” Once I arrived at 7:54pm we weren’t greeted. Instead we were told “we’re sorry we can’t seat you because our kitchen is closed.” I explained the situation and the manager who didn’t greet us proceeded to tell us she knows she was just informed and they couldn’t seat us. Again I gave my information to the host therefore, a call could’ve been made yet it wasn’t! Being that it’s Mother’s Day of course we would like to be greeted with a better experience or at least greeted properly. Instead we were informed that they’ve had a busy day as if that had something to do with why we shouldn’t be seated. No matter if your kitchen staff is tired or not your suggested time was 15 minutes before the kitchen closed. Therefore, we could’ve taken the same 10 minutes it took for us to get there to order. Meaning that we would’ve had our orders placed at the same time. I’m extremely disappointed in the service and how this situation was handled. Due to service this establishment doesn’t deserve one star. You never turn away business! And they will be receiving a call...

First time trying this establishment and it will be my last time!!! For starters my family of 4 ordered cheese curds and onion rings and both were so grease logged you couldn't even eat them no crisp just straight grease soaked batter. Then my 2 kids ordered chicken tenders and the hamburger slider, chicken tenders and frys were good but that burger was like a hockey puk. My wife ordered the meatloaf, and the gravy was pretty decent, the meatloaf could have probably used more of it because that was the sorriest tasting meatloaf we have ever tried, it was so dry and tasteless it had to have been cooked a week ago, and as for the sides the mashed potatoes were cold and the broccoli had so much salt on it I felt my blood preasure just skyrocketing.. I ordered the chicken Ceasars salad and my chicken was just as crunchy as the croutons. Did the survey to the OWNER and his response was I will let the kitchen know lol ok well thanks for the response. Im glad they have beer maybe you have to get really drunk to like the food..... (UPDATED) Thank you for responding but I felt $10 tip was more than enough considering I just spent $90 on horrible food especially since I seen our waitress 1 time after we got our food I guess she was busy waiting on the 1 other person in her section.. I would never send food back to a kitchen. I tried your establishment and it was a letdown this is my opinion and my opinion only. Maybe we came on a off night who knows but my review is my review. Good job paying her more because my bad tip I left. But instead of trying to bash me u should probably check your walk ins and see how long food sits and...

Right up front, I have to say - I'm not a guy who likes brewery (or even beer) - but this place is great. I picked this place, sight unseen, off the internet to host a pre-bachelor party meal for 10 of my friends. I called about a week ahead (super planner that I am) and asked for a reservation on a Friday night - they said no problem. I told them I didn't know how many people would show - they said no problem. I asked if I could call back later and let them know as I got closer - again, no problem. I called back Thursday and gave them a heads up. Showed up Friday night to find the table ready and a server ready to take drink orders immediately. Good start so far. I didn't know what to order for a drink or food - so I asked the server. Now this is where the gambling starts - because not every server in a restaurant is going to point you in the right direction. But this guy knew everything. He started by asking what I liked and then told me exactly what to eat. He was so on top of things I flat out told him to "surprise me" on a drink. He brought me a paddle of beers to try and a horseshoe. Not a fan of beer, liked every single one of them. From the moment he sat down the plate it was clear that everything here was made to order, and not a bit of it was frozen and reheated. Best horseshoe I've ever had (and if you've never read any of my other reviews... let's just say I'm a fan of horseshoes). Everything was easy, not a glass on the table ever got close to being empty. And again - this is a 7pm on a Friday night - the place was packed. I'd give the place 10...

Use to love it! I won't be back, from 1year ago. August 26th 2019 try to do the local thing give them another chance. Went in for the 217 Burger week. Had a promotional flyer on the table for women's equality week offering half-price bottles of wine and dessert paddles. My wife only went because I wanted to was happy to order a bottle of wine and ask about the desserts. when they brought me my beer they told her it would be a minute to get a manager for the half-price logistics. 15 minutes later our food came out still no wine she cancelled. When they brought us our check they asked if there would be anything else we reminded our waiter that we ask about dessert paddle but never got back. Guess I'll wait a year and a half before I try again. On a side note everything started going downhill when a brewery stopped offering beer cheese with pretzels. Maybe the beer gods are punishing you.

Beer was good, nothing outstanding but everything was enjoyable. Service was excellent and the place looks nice. The quality of the food was good, they clearly try and use good products but the execution is not great. The beer batter they use on a lot of the menu has a great texture but is almost tasteless making most of the appetizers not worth it. The pork special was a nice pork chop but it was way overcooked and the bacon on it was burned. The fish and chips again suffered tremendously from a lack of seasoning. The under par presentation for the food really makes it hard to justify the prices they charge. While some of the other menu options, such as the burgers, looked well done I'm not sure I would give this place another chance.

We had a group of 20 and was given our own room with plenty of space. I had an Irish Red Beer and it was awesome. Everyone else enjoyed there micro-brews as well. We ordered a LOT of appetizers and those portions we huge. We ate too many but I did take some home. One comment about the wings. I’m pretty sure they we legs, short legs but still legs. They we huge and the sauces we great as well. I had the Comfort Bowl and it hit this spot. Pulled Pork, home fries, cheese sauce, corn. Oh Boy was it good. I ordered a side Cole slaw as a pallet cleanser. Good choice. We order a couple cheesecakes to share, good but cheesecake isn’t my thing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Staff was on point and we had multiple servers buzzing around us.
