On August 21st, 2017 at 1:20 pm Ozzy rocked Walker's Bluff, opening up the onset of a total solar eclipse with "Bark at the Moon". As part of his reunion tour with Zakk Wylde, this band of hard rock n' metal gods put on an incredible show including hits like "No More Tears", "Paranoid", "Crazy Train", "Mama, I'm Coming Home", "War Pigs", "Shot in the Dark" and more. Walker's Bluff General Store did an unsurpassed job of displaying Ozzys new wine, "Solar Red". The nostalgic store offers everything from really cool jewelry to wine hosting supplies to picnic delicacies. The tables are right outside and there is a beautiful pond and a splendid weeping willow tree right at the waters' edge. They also have a large selection of mason jar canned goods, signature wines and hard liquor, gorgeous home decor items, and more. A filling station is conveniently on the premises as well should your tank be low on fuel. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The ambiance is casually primitive yet exquisite. . . and remember, with Halloween sneaking up around the corner, maybe it's time to check out the new Ozzy Solar Red and "Hail to the Ozzfather"... Walker's Bluff Style!

The decor inside the winery restaurant is great - dark wood and whisky bar feel. The wine was good and service friendly but not where one would expect. There was a dirty table with dishes on it for well over 45 minutes behind us and we ended up clearing our dishes and putting them at an empty table next to us to make more room. The service could very well be due to lack of staffing - a common issue so many places face. The food, was mediocre - nothing special. The pizza was wasn’t even good enough to eat as left overs, the steak melt had little flavor and the fries over done, the risotto and salmon were good. While Walker’s Bluff would not come to mind when thinking of a good place to eat, we would absolutely return for the winery experience. If that is what you are looking for - don’t hesitate to try it out.

Spanky Entertainment Dueling Pianos had the pleasure of performing for a New Year's Eve wedding reception at Walker's Bluff over the weekend, and as a vendor, everything was perfect! The on-site event coordinator, Kelsey, was fabulous and made sure that we were taken care of and well-informed all evening. Gorgeous and unique venue and friendly and helpful staff!

I had my wedding at Walker's Bluff just a few weeks ago and I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful venue and amazing staff. Throughout the whole process Kelcey and Stephanie were amazing with communication and meetings, answering all of my questions quickly and helping me plan. They took care of literally every detail. The day before my wedding I dropped off a bin of decorations and supplies and they completely handled all set up and take down without needing direction or guidance. They truly can create a gorgeous wedding and they think of everything. The food was exceptional. We had a complimentary tasting beforehand and they were so accommodating and ensured that we really got exactly what we wanted. Our cake was gorgeous and looked exactly like the picture we gave. The day of the wedding Stephanie took charge and allowed me to truly enjoy my day with my family. She handled all issues without assistance from me or my bridal party and kept us on track. She took gorgeous pictures and the Bridal Suite is one of the most beautiful places I've ever been in. During the reception, Stephanie coordinated with the DJ and made the evening go so smoothly, and also provided guidance to my photographer who at times was less than professional. My bridal party was running a bit late to head to the ceremony so Stephanie sent us off in the limo and she packed all of our things from the bridal suite and cleaned and then packed all of our cars with our belongings while my family and I enjoyed the reception. I honestly could not have had a more beautiful wedding or a more positive experience with this venue. I recommend it for any occasion. When I called to inquire about their wedding package Kelcey called me back almost immediately and it was so nice to have her guide me through this process, she is an EXCEPTIONAL and very professional event planner. They truly know what they are doing. I will also say that our final bill was not a penny over the quoted price and they provided a few things I forgot like the cake cutting tools for me at no charge. They were warm and accommodating to all of my guests, even ones who were maybe a bit rowdy towards the end of the night. Overall they made me feel welcome and thankful for my business and I feel like I got an amazing value for my cost. They will make you feel like family at WB, go book your wedding there...

I hate this place now... this place was awesome back a few years ago when they cared more about pleasing customers than to make profit. we had a few complaints about the food and service on Easter Sunday of 2015. The service itself was really good. They listened to us and seemed to be really interested in fixing Things. Except.... we had just spent $189 on 4 people while using plastic cups.... really? plastic cups at a so called "high end" restaurant located on and owed by a winery? It also didn't help that I am a local to this restaurant and have a few friends that worked that day. It was proven to me that we paid over $30 a person on a buffet that was mostly frozen packaged food besides the steak they offered....IF YOU SEE ANY REVIEWS OF OVER 3 STARS FOR THIS RESTAURANT, YOU CAN GARUNTEE THAT THE PERSON WHO WROTE THE REVIEW WAS JUST HAPPY TO BE IN AN ENVIRONMENT WITH GOOD AMBIANCE & DIDNT REALIZE THAT YOU SHOULD ALWAYS GET MORE THAN PLASTIC CUPS AND FROZEN COOKED FOOD FOR THOSE PRICES......Legends at Walkers Bluff is a restaurant in the middle of a world renoun wine trail with dozens of other wineries and similar restaurants in the area. If I can go to any other winery in the area and drink out of a real glass cup for less money, why would I ever go back here.....oh and it was easter Sunday and they ran out of ham by 2pm. YOU ARE SUPOST TO BE A HIGH END WINERY, AT LEAST THATS WHAT YOU GUYS PRETEND TO BE. YOU CAN HAVE A MULTI MILLION DOLLAR FACILITY WITH EVERY LAVISH DESIGN POSSIBLE, BUT IT DOESNT MEAN YOU CAN JUST ACT LIKE YOUR THE CREAM OF THE CROP. MONEY DOESNT BUY GOOD SERVICE.... GOOD PEOPLE WHO CARE ABOUT THEIR IMAGE CAN ACHIEVE GOOD SERVICE. YOU CANT HAVE GOOD SERVICE CALLING YOURSELVES A 5 STAR RESTAURANT BUT OFFERING FROZEN COOKED FOOD AND PLASTIC CUPS.. I pretty much threw away $190 to look at a...

VERY slow service (waited 2 HOURS for food). My family and I went to Legends for my University Graduation celebration. We had heard great things about the food - though we had heard some not so good things about the service. The facilities were immaculate and stunning - really created a warm and welcoming holiday vibe. Our server Denton was GREAT - very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and as prompt as he could be. Unfortunately, the kitchen staff didn't seem to have 'it' down. There was a party of 36 that had reservations at the same time (our party only had 6) and he ended up waiting 2 HOURS to get our food. The manager told us that they had to serve the large party first...this was absolutely unacceptable. You could tell Denton (our server) was just as frustrated with the management and kitchen staff as we were. Poor guy. The manager then offered us a free bottle of wine, but after wait for so long and having already had some drinks, our appetites were gone. BOO. That really showed us were their priorities were - not serving and satisfying each customer, but making money from the largest group. We had made reservations WEEKS ahead of time hoping to anticipate a busy Saturday night as we had a 9 month old baby with us and knew he couldn't handle being up too late or sitting at a restaurant for 3 hours (the woman's bathroom also lacked a changing table). When we finally got our food, it was very good but just not nearly as enjoyable as it would have been had we gotten it in a timely manner. Overall, i wouldn't recommended this venue until they get their...
