Tried this wonderful place back at the end of September. Per the recommendation of the Directors at All Saints Cemetery. Who recommended Buck Shots for our funeral luncheon for my Dad. The luncheon on October 2nd was superb. The private room was spacious, and the food was amazing. The staff is so wonderful. Now, Buck Shots is part of our tradition when we visit my Dad at the Cemetery. We go here for lunch or dinner. Always top-notch service and spectacular food. When you're heartbroken and sad. You need some comfort and pick me up, and man, Buck Shots does it. I've gone to restaurants from Ann Arbor to Lansing to Detroit to Saint Clair Shores to Grand Blanc to BFE. Buck Shots is best. Hands down. Mind blown every time. The bread sticks and cheese dip slays. The French Onion soup slaps! SO FREAKING GOOD! THE BEST FRENCH ONION SOUP! All their food is mind-blowing delicious. It's a wonderful place, and I am so happy we found a new staple to always go to when we are out this way. Major respect to the owners, servers, chefs for making this place so awesome and amazing!

We came for a bite to eat. It's located at Anderson and White Lake Road in Clarkston. When you walked inside, the aroma was so good. It's got a nice menu with a lot of different items to choose from. Creamy Mac and Cheese, nachos, Buffalo dip, and other choices. Variety of craft beer, Michigan craft beer, like Bells, American beer IPA's. We had the turkey burger with avocado. Rice & beans. I had fish and chips broiled, with a vegetable (at no extra charge) and seasoned (and very crispy) french fries. Both entrees were deeeeeeelicious. Beeeeeeutiful outdoor patio with a fireplace, pleanty of seating, and even an old fashion swing. The flower arrangements outside are so colorful. It's like you're at a villa. We definitely left feeling very satisfied and full.

I’ve been coming to buckshots for FIFTEEN years and this is as close to “Cheers” as you can get. 😂 Forever favorites and OGs, Erin and Amy make this place feel like family, and the owners Jim and Carolyn are amazing human beings. I’ve been eating the Buffalo dip for over a decade, and will keep eating that Buffalo dip until I die (it’s so good!). Trivia Tuesdays, Lion’s Games, the patio (my god, the patio), the private back bar and restaurant for special events (I just hosted a baby shower a few weeks ago), the cozy outdoor igloos during the cold months, so many great experiences here - the Buckshots family has my whole heart.

Came here for a grad party and several of their staff were wildly inappropriate with how they treated us, and more specifically our children. The heavy set man with long curly hair literally made my two year old son cry after ripping the pool balls away when he was rolling them around on the table. He wasn’t hurting anybody or anything, it was truly uncalled for. We, a group of 4-6 adults, then took the kids outside to the empty patio (it was drizzling) to let them run around without bothering any of the other patrons inside. A waitress came out and told us (grown adults) we were no longer allowed to be out there because the kids were playing on the out door furniture. It’s worth noting that nothing was actually broken at any point, but we complied nonetheless. We came back into the restaurant and the kids went back to the pool table. Mind you, the pool tables are part of the area we reserved, so we weren’t bothering anybody else. Once again, enter the heavy set man with curly hair to take the balls away from the children who aren’t hurting anybody or anything. All of this while 4 adults are literally standing around monitoring. When somebody said they wouldn’t be coming back because of the poor treatment, the man responded sarcastically about how upset he would be. It was remarkably unprofessional and childish. To make matters worse, somebody requested a manager at a certain point, and this man claimed he was the manager when in fact he wasn’t. I certainly won’t be coming back, but then again, they made it pretty clear that they don’t care.

EDIT I did NOT threaten a single person, and I would greatly appreciate if the owner of this establishment could refrain from implying that I did. Your staff clearly upset others at the party as well, and I’m not responsible for...

My Family goes to Buck Shots at least once a month or every two when we can.. We have never had a problem until yesterday. After we were sitted the waitress asked for drink order which is the normal.. then while ordering the food she was standing next to my husband and he had asked about some kind of food and she touched his arm and was like “ It’s so good you should try it”. this touch was not like “oh excuse me I accidently bump into you, it was a caress touch, Um why is she touching him like that, you should not be putting your hands on anyone like that, the world we live in today , omg now if he had done that to her, that could have been a whole big.. Now food came out and was amazing as always but now we had another waitress helping miss touchie…older blonde hair women and we had stopped her to ask for a box, instead of saying which size, she came over to my side and bent over and had her face close to my food and was like ohh okay I know what size box to bring over… LIKE WHAT!!! why did she put her face that close and look, just bring me a damn box… while she brings it back, she is like oh I had to look at your plate to judge the size because we have had inventory issues… um Im thinking, thats not my problem but she shouldnt have been that close to my food. The most upsetting part is when I brought my concerns up to the manager, he had this look like what is the big deal and I dont see what my waitress did wrong and he defended them, he was more worried about question every detail rather then listening, not to sure if we will be back! I told the manager as well we dont live right around corner, we drive 40mins to...
