Ordered a pizza online at 9:46pm last night, it was my boyfriends birthday and he wasn't feeling well enough to go out to dinner. I got the email stating it will be delivered by 10:19pm...10:40pm rolls around an I call to see where my pizza is. the lady that answered the phone informed me that they were JUST NOW leaving with my pizza. At 11:00pm my pizza arrived the guy handed it to me and left immediately. There was no warmth to the box at all the pizza was stone cold, I could tell without opening the box. Once I looked inside I realized that it wasn't even close to the simple pizza I ordered. I ordered pepperoni and this had everything including pineapples. so I call the store and ask for a refund and my original pizza. The woman on the phone goes to tell me they could give me a credit towards a pizza another time. I asked for them to refund my money not for a pizza. They got me my refund and acted surprised when I asked for the correct pizza. The lady comes back to the phone and tells me "ma'am we are closed" are you kidding me you made me wait over and hour for a cold pizza that I didn't even order and you cant even bring me the correct on because now you are closed!!! Needless to say I will NOT be returning to this place and will make the drive to PAPA JOHNS...
Read moreI ordered delivery one night and the older man that delivered was super nice but I was informed that they were out of the bottles of red pepper flakes that were on my order. Instead of whoever was running the register refunding me my money with the pizza delivery, they have the delivery driver tell me that it would be credited to my next order. So today, when I went in to pick up my order, I told the worker about it. He then said to me that because it had been a month since it was suppose to be credited to my account that there was nothing he could do about it because there is "no way to pull up my account" to see if it was credited. I didn't know that when someone owes you money that there is an expiration date attached to it! So why tell someone that something is credited to their account when they know it wasn't. That is stealing from customers and I don't care from what way you look at it! My money should have been refunded the same night! That's the last time they get the chance to steal from me! I'd rather have...

Upon entering, a front-end worker, who wore her mask below her nose, retrieved Cheesybread from a warmer and a drink from the fridge - ready to go. The computer failed. So, I had to wait a bit longer, which allowed me to notice one manger and two workers in the store.
Once the computer rebooted, the front-end worker retrieved a pen for me to sign my receipt. I attempted to get hand sanitizer from what was an empty dispenser near the front counter.
