Pizza Ranch — Restaurant in Independence

Let me start out by saying that this place has a pretty good selection of pizza, and being able to request your own type is nice. However, we were excited about the taco pizza and became disillusioned when a pile of lettuce arrived at our table. It had great flavor, but only after you scraped the salad from the top - too sloppily created to truly enjoy. The salad bar is a nice touch but it's rather lame, with very few selections and with foods that tasted like they were straight out of the can. The restaurant was well-kept though, so there's that. The price isn't too bad for what you get, but it's nothing to write home about either. DO NOT go to the bathroom whatever you do! It's nasty in there, and to imagine I had to return to my table and visit the pizza bar afterwards serious turned me off. The girls working seem to use the experience as a social event more than as a paycheck, and our family didn't appreciate the lack of modesty in their chosen appearance (namely the stretch pants and skin-tight jeans). They did make rounds to clear plates often...and I mean OFTEN! It was difficult to hold a conversation with my guests as the employees used the task as a way to socialize without their manager noticing. We're not idiots, please leave us alone for 5 minutes and work on updating the stale food at...

I have been a loyal customer ever since wing night started. I was very disappointed with the quality and service with my experience tonight. We arrived at 6:10pm and when we went up to get a some wings there were very few to get. Also there was a very slim choice of pizza. After eating my wings a total of four I went back up to get some chicken and there was already five people waiting for chicken and wings. I stood there waiting with everyone else for over 20 minutes and during that time no more wings ever came out too. I went to complain to an employee and asked for a manager and she said she was the manager. Sorry I didn't not get her name. All she had to say is it's been a busy night with take out orders. There was no apology or compensation. Whole there I only saw 2 people come in with avarage size orders taken out. By the time I sat back at the table the rest of my party was ready to go to the lack of food. Also I noticed while waiting for chicken that multiple employees were in the back on there phones. The only reason why I go to Pizza ranch is for the wings and the chicken. So I literally spent $15 on four wings and three...
