Absolutely Disgusting Hygiene – Never Again
Today, I went to this Starbucks in the morning to get an oat milk latte. What I witnessed behind the counter was appalling.
The barista first emptied the remaining oat milk from an old container into the mixing jug. When that wasn’t enough, she opened a new oat milk carton. After opening the cap, she tried to pierce the aluminum seal using her long, painted fingernails—with no gloves on. Her bare fingers and nails touched the oat milk inside the carton.
It didn’t stop there. As she poured the oat milk into the mixing container, milk spilled all over the countertop. Then she used the inside of her palm to try and close the cap of the other container. This meant even more contact between her unclean hand and the oat milk that would be steamed and served.
I had already paid, but I immediately canceled my order and walked out—without asking for a refund—because the level of hygiene was non-existent.
I will never return to this location again. Honestly, after seeing this, I don’t feel safe going to any Starbucks. The germs under those long fingernails and the filth on her palms were all over the oat milk and the steaming container. Absolutely...

Also 5 pumps of vanilla syrup.....a London Fog tastes horrible without sweetener of some sort. I stirred it up too and it didn't help so it wasn't just on the bottom. All who got their drinks before mine. It took 13 minutes to make a misto (coffee + milk). The first barista made it wrong. Dumped it, laughed and went to do something else while I continued to wait. THREE baristas working this morning and I’m not sure any of them knew how to make coffee or provide customer service.
