19th Hole Sports Bar at Salt Creek Golf Retreat — Restaurant in Indiana

Fall 2023: well, we didn't have to retrieve our own menus or drinks, so there has been some improvement. Service is still slow as they seem to only have 1 person working the entire place.

Spring 2023: Reason for the 3 stars is because it appears that if you aren't sitting at the bar rail, you can't get good service. Twice now a group of us has been in and while the food is good...when you can get it, and the drinks are well mixed and/or cold...when you can get them, getting them is the problem. Both times we've been in have not been busy. In fact, the last time we were the only table, the only customers not at the bar. Yet both times we have had to go up to the bar to get new drinks because after dropping off the food (that we had to retrieve menus to order), the person doesn't come back. This is a complete change from when we have come in...

This place is a one of a kind find.... My sisters wedding💑💒 was today and we needed a place to "keep it alive" after her reception.... The staff at the 19th hole accommodated with food drinks and live music but to top that all off they even stayed open 3+ hours after normal business hours so my sis and new husband could enjoy more fun times with family and friends. We went last night (Tuesday). Party of five. We were the only table in the restaurant. After sitting for 10 minutes a patron of the bar went out to find the bartender/server who was out on a lengthy smoke break. After ordering my wife and son went to play shuffleboard in the game room where they were treated to a fantastic cursing exhibition by the cook who was pretty upset he had to chop lettuce!
