Arby's — Restaurant in Indiana

There were 2 guys working this evening (6/15/24 8:40pm) One was in the kitchen, the other was taking orders at the front, possibly drive through, and bagging orders. The guy (I'm assuming Richard, based off the reciept) that helped us at the front, looked as though he was pissed to be there. When my BF && I walked in, we felt the vibe from him. When he took our order, he kept asking if that was everything, after each item I had said, and seemed as though he was rushing us, before my BF could even order. When we were done ordering, he nearly threw the change in my BFs hands, and was talking over the headset, cursing about needing change. The ratings made me believe this would be a good experience, but based off of this guy, it wasn't. Not sure if he was overwhelmed with having to do mostly everything on his own, or what, but he shouldn't be disrespectful towards customers. As were waiting for our food, he took an order at the drive through, and we could hear him cursing saying the F word many times throwing papers. We got our food, and his name is actually Christopher. Unbelievable. Will probably never return to this location, based off the attitude we received. 🙄🙄 Buns were cold, I could feel it through the wrapper. I think it all boils down to not being able to get help. We stepped up to the counter, and the fella behind the cash register just stood there staring at us instead of saying. How can I help you or how are you doing today? Or what can I get you? He just stared at us. And then we finally started to order. We ordered 3 sliders and a small order of curly fries and 2 small drinks. Went to the sauce and ketchup dispensers, and they were all empty. I had to go back to the counter to get packets of ketchup for the curly fries.. The tables were dirty, the place was dirty. It would have been nice for them to wipe off a table once in a while. However, the food was pretty good. I ordered the chicken wing slider and the jalapeno roast beef slider. My wife ordered a roast beef slider. The chicken wing slider was pretty good. The roast beef jalapeno slider was a little shy on roast beef, as was my wife's roast beef slider. The curly fries were good and fresh, and everything was hot. Only 3 stars for this Arby's. I, Bing the Gyatt Rizzler (that is me I am Bingus the gyatt rizzler), loved the curly crinkle fries, specifically I love the precision at which the angles were cut. They were all perfect 45° angles (I really like angles, and these angles were even better than the golden ratio) and especially loved how salt was distributed evenly on all of my fries. they de-limed the sinks immaculately. The songs they played were absolute bangers (BINGUS THE GYATT RIZZLER IS BEST) they also played the best absolute bangers from XXX Eminem otherwise known as John William himself My favorite songs that they played went like this “na na ba ma na na na ma” also nidbhcchcc is my favorite Album and they were playing it, it is definitely very much safe for work and you should not look into it whatsoever.
