Cabin Restaurant & Lounge — Restaurant in Indiana

Recently heard about this place and it's great food so decided to try it out. Heard they were down for their pork tenderloin and boy, was it amazing! I'm not usually a big fan but that's because I don't care for breading. They offered a grilled version that was seasoned nicely, and very tender. We got the breaded version to go for our son and he loved it. I had Jake's Pork Sandi-- which had brown sugar/apple slaw, goat cheese and balsamic ... OMG, I love this combination of sweet and tangy. Sandwiches are served with chips and pickle, or you can upgrade to crispy crinkle fries or tater tots. I tried a couple of my hubby's fries and they were good. I came in with a large party of 10 at about 3 pm. The restaurant was short staffed so our waiter was also the cook and bartender. We were amazed at how he prepared each order in a timely manner, gave us and bar patrons great service, and some how managed to make delicious food all at the same time. I read some negative comments on the decor, but I honestly found it homey and comfortable. The front door was wide open welcoming a wonderful breeze. Our experience was nothing short of five stars
