Casey's — Restaurant in Indiana

Stopped by about 4:30 on 7/2/24. African American female clerk was extremely rude. Asked me for ID and I already had it out facing her to look at then said she didn’t need it. Acted like it was too much of an inconvenience for her. I understand retail workers maybe having a bad day but her rudeness was uncalled for. I told her that I was going to contact her district representative to let them know how I was treated. She then walked off in a fit of anger with my change for my purchases to find her manager cause she stated I was threatening her job. Finally another employee of 8 that were there stepped up and calmly took the money from the angry checkout girl and apologized. I thanked her and told her to have a good day, but as for me this was the last time I’ll ever do...

The pizza and the Italian salad were super yummy. Your Casey’s Employee Triston did an outstanding job answering our questions, and insuring our order was done and ready to go as promised. Triston definitely made the Casey’s brand standout.

Also, we cannot forget to mention Chasity.. Her customer service was over the top. Her pleasant personality, and positive attitude was outstanding.

I can DEFINITELY see this Casey’s location to be one of the best if not the best in Terre Haute.

Pretty disappointed with this store lately. But today took the cake. Ordered a taco pizza there are no taco chips on top. All the cheddar cheese is only on one side on the pizza and they put the taco sauce on top of the pizza, who knows what those packets have touched and you just put them on my food. We called the store and they had nothing to say, just we can give you a free pizza. Why should we continue to spend money there when the food is...
