Hardee’s — Restaurant in Indiana

3rd time is a Charm...Not in this case!!! 1st time I stopped I had a long wait and food was cold and tasted like it was cooked hours before it was served to me... 2nd time I Stopped was in the daytime thinking my 1st bad experience was due to the late hour I stopped so what the heck...I love Hardee's it was DeJaVue all over again Bad Service all the way around food just as cold and tasted just as bad..Oh I am a Gluten for Punishment Tried it again last night. Had people standing in line and leaving because they were tired of the wait finally after about 15-20 minutes a young man comes out stands behind the counter with his best Home Alone look and ask where everyone went to...Told him They got tired of waiting and left...He took our order and 18 minutes later served us once again cold food that tasted like it was cooked the day before the curly fries where somewhat dried out from sitting so long...Sorry but don't think I can do Hardee's @Loves in Angola anymore prices don't deserve this type of Service or...

This review is for the 3443 W Maumee Rd, Angola store. I want to say the manager of the place was very rude. She announced a name and it sounded a whole lot like my name so I grabbed the food. Come to find out it was for a different customer with a name that sounded close to mine. I went up and apologized and said I heard my name. I gave the food back and the lady grabbed what was actually my food and said in a very snobby way, "this is a hand breaded with medium fries" I said yes that is mine. The customer who's food I mistakenly grabbed got fresh food. The lady said to them, "sorry about that, people are always stealing food". I didn't even steal it. If she would enunciate her words better that mistake wouldn't have happened. Even my co-workers said they even heard my name. My co-worker stayed inside when I left and heard her running her mouth about it still and even told her it was an honest mistake. The way I was treated was very disrespectful and I don't believe I will be returning...

Not only this place a crappy job the managers not only run this place in the ground the employee's rude and are impolite...I'm a former employee and I learned 2 things working there. They are nasty they have crickets in the back that came in sworms and still continue to come they also have a lot of bugs that fly around the drive thru area (normally small Nat's or lady bugs some times end up in cups). This is due to no one cleaning behind the soda station not only is this a health code violation its nasty. You also have black mold that grew in the ice area because of lack of cleaning you also have employee's in the back punching sauce boxes and exploding them all over the wall to never be cleaned again as you sit there in line waiting on your food that's take litteraly 10mins to make and be handed out with three guest in line (2nd shift issue and some times first) not only is it the worst job I have ever had its the most unprofessional place in...
