Kabuki Express New Albany — Restaurant in Indiana

Food was great. My husband had the spicy ramen; I didn't try any, but it smelled amazing. The chicken hibachi dinner tasted delicious. I really like their fried rice. The portion sizes were nice, especially for the prices. I placed our order online and it was ready very quickly. When we got back home from picking up our order, I realized that one of our sides was missing from the bag. I called to confirm and the gentleman who answered the phone was very apologetic. Since we live very close, I didn't mind driving back to get it. When I arrived, he apologized again and had even put extra Yum Yum sauce in the bag. Not necessary (mistakes happen!) but still very appreciated!

This is a little store front restaurant in a strip mall. Seating indoors is limited, with more seating outdoors seasonally. I imagine the bulk of their business is takeout. The counter service was friendly and efficient. The food was plentiful and delicious! There are a variety of dishes, including classic hibachi, which you can order with rice or noodles, a nice selection of ramen and a smattering of Chinese takeout choices, like fried rice. Placed an order at 11:19. Slated to be ready at 11:40. I got the receipt for purchase. Arrived at 11:41 for pick up. I was told that order did not come through their system. I was told multiple times to cancel and reorder. Employee was unable to help me through the refund process. Kept repeating over and over to cancel and re-order. Was more worried about helping other customers. Still unable to find access on how to do this. Very disappointing experience as Kabuki Express is convenient and less expensive than most places.
