McDonald's — Restaurant in Indiana

No soap in the men's room, I told a worker there, because how can "employees wash hands before returning to work" if there's no soap? (plus I would have liked to have washed my hands) Most people would say "okay, thank you very much we'll get right on that". He said "well, I'm not on the clock..." Sooooooooo..... I told the lady who took our order, I was pretty sure she was on the clock... Waited, and waited (for our order) and still no one went to change the soap. I saw a lady with a manager's outfit on, (surely she would be able to get something done) all she said was "Yeah, the guy is on it, he's the only guy here so he's back getting the soap now" Seemed a little annoyed that I was bringing it up again, but I had used the restroom and really wanted to wash my hands, but we were ready to leave, so we left. Well, as we drove around the back of the McDonald's, the guy who was SUPPOSED to be changing the soap, was working the drive thru window. I have a feeling the soap is still out... Oh well, at least we don't live close by, and only got coffee and ice cream. Enjoy your poop burgers at this...

I enjoy the good here better than Angola's other location here the food is usually made correctly. It takes a bit longer but it'll save u from making a second trip cuz they make it right. Fried are always hot nuggets fresh burgers cooked all the way...the staff (management) kinda sucks. They choose to work in the service industry and they are rude. I know it can get overwhelming but again it's your choice to work there. I don't like being spoke to like I'm less than or an inconvenience...customers are what make McDonald's what it is but other than that I like this place way better than the Wayne St location UPDATE.... ONE YEAR LATER like wth happened food is cold fried are hard and super duper salty and dude you guys always always mess up our order today I went thru the drive thru twice cuz u all messed up 2 times and I get home and I still have stuff missing. I don't order specspecial or anything family of four 4 meals and 2 burgers for the dogs and y'all always always always mess up pretty frustrating...

I went through the drive thru it was a horrible experience! The girl at the 1st drive thru window was very rude and made me wait for over 10 minutes to take my order! They were not busy! When I said something to her about the long wait she just ignored me and gave me a dirty look. So when I got to the next window to get our food and drinks I told the girl that the 1st girl needs an attitude adjustment....and I would like to speak to a manager. I seen her talking to other coworkers I got my food and drinks and no response to my comment or request. She just handed me my food and walked away! Our food was warm not hot! I would have went inside to talk to a manager but it was closed. I'm so sick of paying more for food and getting crappier service and quality of food here! They get paid damn good money now days to do that job and the service is way worse! I don't see me going back...
