Pizza Gallery — Restaurant in Indiana

The quality of the pizza is the best i have had in Terre Haute especially for the amount of cheese you get which is what makes the pizza to me because every other place you order from other than Casey's you pay for extra cheese & it's barely any. But i am rating them only 3 stars because just like the old location on Davis that closed I consistently have problems with them not answering the phone today & 3 weeks ago when i tried to call to order pizza, & i am calling them almost an hour after they open. It's really sad because i can only imagine how much money they are losing...

TERRE HAUTE LOCATION: The last three orders we have placed have been wrong. This last time, we called and went to pick up the correct pizza, and it was STILL wrong. The employee repeated the correct pizza back to me, sighed and rolled his eyes, took the incorrect pizza, and went to make it. We were not offered any compensation, and the employee was rude. We tipped well when we picked up the original pizzas. Will not...

I tried to order a pizza for carry out :25 min prior to close. The phone rang and rang and rang...... no answer. So I got in my car and drove to Pizza Gallery to order in person.

The door was locked and closed :15 min prior to closing time. Ok no problem just adjust your hours to 8:30 pm closing time instead of 9:00 pm. Not a good way to run a business.
