Pizza Quik — Restaurant in Indiana

UPDATE 03/27/22:

First and foremost the business is still behind on being completely open since the plandemic, but will throw parties..... it is Carry-Out Only and really doesn't have any excuse to why?

I would like to say that the owner pretends to care about customers but she doesn't. I normally give businesses two chances to make things right and they ruined my 4 year old nieces birthday party 2 years ago, because her father tripped in a pothole in their parking lot and the owner was ignorant and didn't replace the party pizza. I would also like to add that my niece was very sad that day and that was unacceptable for a business. So if you value your time and the quality towards customers, you might want to look the other way.

I did originally have a good review on here but that review has now since changed since I was recently turned away from being able to dine in while a party was set to happen in the game room. I have a little one and we prefer to dine in. They used to have chairs up front by the door but those chairs have magically disappeared and now NOONE is allowed to sit and eat while there is a party. My biggest gripe was how the customer service was handled in not allowing customers to sit down and eat anymore. This place has gone downhill and I am glad I turned away from the business when I was told we couldn't sit down and eat anymore. Never ever would I have ever thought this place would be so inconsiderate and disrespectful to their customers.

Oh by the way, a good way to know if a business is not doing so good is to look them up on Facebook and check to see if they removed the ability to review and rate them. You are welcome in advance if I helped you with deterring yourself from wanting...

When I first moved here to Indiana, I went here & got pizza, it was great! Soooo nice & soft, perfectly cooked, etc.... I go back tonight & it was 1 mess after another, the pizza first was delivered to my house, it was burnt & hard, so I try to call back but the line is busy, so I go back over there to talk to them face-to-face (mind you, I had pizza delivered to my family since I wasn't home at the time & I had to stop back by there before even going home) to tell them that my family couldn't even eat it. The manager come out, apologizes & says she can credit my account unless I wanted her to remake the order after asking to see the pictures on my phone that my mom had sent me. When she handed me my phone back, she had gone through the rest of the chat between my mom & I as if I were lying about how bad it was. I also told her I needed a 3rd pizza (bacon cheeseburger), she said I'd have to pay for that one (no problem with that), so I got my card out & ready to pay for it, she goes in to get the pizzas started & comes back to get my card. When she brings the card back to me, she says that she would give me the pizzas this time, but next time I'd have to bring the others back in. I hadn't even been home yet & those first 2 pizzas & a 2 liter of soda came to over $41.00. I get the 3 new pizzas, get home & 2 of them look pretty good, but the 3rd is burnt, they r all hard as hell to eat & the bacon cheeseburger pizza tastes like a salt lick. I give up! The pizza here is too expensive & tastes terrible & if the service is going to be like that & they are going to treat customers like that, then I'm done with going there & advise others to...

Had to go to the area to pu my son, it was a 2hr drive from Michigan, but they didn't have a business card, but I just had to go up & tell the petie beyond kind/sweet blonde worker, that their pizza was much better than any pizza hut, around my area hometown pizza place & other pizzas I've had even a Detroit or NY pizza. I ordered a 16 inch(12 slices) omgoodness, it was full of the 3 toppings & extra cheese, I couldn't be more excited about recommending this Pizza Place for anyone in their area, pls stop in & especially let that lil petie young blonde that the Michigan woman that drove 2hrs with the pizza order with "Pineapple, Pepperoni & Banana Peppers" sent ya. Again, best freaking pizza I've ever had! Also, they have an indoor quite a few games & activities to do as well, but a lil league baseball(I believe) get together there for their end of season treat, so we as adults didn't interfere with the kids having a blast, but we only traveled that far to pu my son & grabbed a quick bite & head back to Michigan. So, if u luv a hellava great pizza, that's the place to go! Pls to the owner & staff, Berrien County & Van Buren County would just luv to have a place like y'all in Michigan for future ideas. Lol, but seriously. I made that young lady smile from ear to ear telling her how impressed we truly were with their service & food. Hands down, from Michigan, NY, Salem & Boston Mass, to Cincinnati to Florida to Cali Pizza Quick has put them to shame... Great Job, Pizza Quick for great food & great staff! Pls again consider a closer Southwestern Michigan...
