Riviera Grill Mexican Cuisine — Restaurant in Indiana

Maria is a terribly hateful person. I accidentally spilled some cheese sauce today on the way to pay my bill. I told her I didn't mean to do that after she had given me an absolutely hateful look! She acted hateful to me several years ago when we had a question from an error in a bill. She has acted strange and hateful since then, even though we have eaten at the Riviera for several years, several times, at least once a week for many years. Today was the last straw. I told her I didn't mean to spill the small amount if cheese sauce and I let a woman know so she could wipe it up immediately. I was shocked at her response and attitude and so was the friend I was with. I said then, "Ya know, years ago you were hateful to me, and on e again you are doing the same thing. I will never be back here again. She told me that it was my money and my choice and to get out. As I was leaving and outside the establishment, she made sure to stock get head out the door as I was walking to my car to tell me to get out?? Stranfe and hateful. Unbelievable. I will tell everyone that I know to frequent any other Mexican restaurant other than this...

I've been coming here for 13 years now and always love their food. I've recommend it to others who started eating here now and we all agree that it's one of the better tasting authentic Mexican food we've ordered. I love to use their carry out. The restaurant is always inviting and well kept. The staff is always respectful and courteous, except for one employee that I had not seen before, I'm assuming she was new and looked pretty young, almost ruined my repeat business due to her arguing with me over an order I placed over the phone for carry out & when I got there to pick it up it was a double order. I politely said just one order please and she argued with me over it and made it a very awkward experience for me. I felt like an inconvenience and honestly if my kids weren't eagerly waiting for me to bring their food home, I would've just left the food and said forget it. I really enjoy the food at this restaurant I never had a complaint before tonight but I asked my server to get me two shots of milagro silver , he automatically said we do not have that kind I suggested Cabo silver and he said ok , I watched him ring them up on his kiosk that was near my table and he came back and said we only have Cabo gold . I then said if u have Jose cuervo silver then get us that and he said ok , he came back with two lower end tasting tequila shots and never went back to kiosk to change what he gave us . I looked at my check and was charged 9$ a piece for two patron/cabo shots and when I tried to explain the issue to lady at register she called me a liar and went straight to I seen ur server get ur shots and they were Cabo ? Not to mention her eyes were more red and glossier than mine and I had 1 margarita and 1 cheap shot of tequila . I am all bout paying for what I order and tipping 25% tip but I was very upset I was treated this way and not sure I’ll go back...
