Subway — Restaurant in Indiana

Horrible experience here tonight. My fiancé and I stopped in to get something to eat. We'd been driving all day and didn't realize they were going to close in 7 min when we ordered. Well the girl taking our order was being so rude she just asked "can I help you" In a real ugly way. When we got up to the window she didn't say a word to us not the total or anything. She went to the register to get us change and she was mouthing to her coworkers waving her arms and swinging her head and shooting us looks. They messed up my fiances sandwich and they were laughing thinking it was funny. One of them put their head on the counter laughing so hard and her hair was laying on his sandwich. She wrapped the sandwiches and slapped the sticker on. I guess she wanted to make a point when she opened the window and went and got her drink, stood there and stared at us while she was getting a drink and then handed us our food and drink. Went in on April 26th at 8:30 PM all we wanted was 2 bags of chips, a bottle of milk, and a 6 inch sandwich nothing too hard since we do know they're about to close. Door was locked but the sign says closes at 9 PM. Giant neon sign in the window says the drive thru is open. So we pull around and sit at the speaker for a few minutes, a little brunette comes out the back door and says "Sorry, we're closed" I told her that the front door says 9 and the light-up sign in the window says the drive thru is open. To which she replied "okay" and walked inside. We waited several more minutes and decided to pull forward to the window where we discovered 3 girls (a blonde, the brunette, and black haired), no head sets on, watching the clock, waiting to clock out at 9 o'clock. They don't have their lobby open so you can't see them make your food to ensure that it is being done correctly (which I understand is probably a safety precaution right now due to covid). But we always use the drive-through and there are always mistakes EVERY TIME. We continue to go because usually small ones that we just brush off, like they forgot cheese and we will just add cheese when we get home or mayonnaise or something like that we have on hand that we can just fix. Well tonight was the final straw! We ordered a BLT salad and there was no salad. Literally no lettuce in the container only a few toppings.
