The 1 star is because I have to. So let's talk about Lisa the "manager". She had an attitude when she greeted me threw the drive-thru. When trying to order 6 orders of French toast sticks she rudely says how many do you want. I said 6 and she says the total & told me to pull around. I said I'm not done. She makes a sigh noise and tells me she's not taking my order to get out of her line. I told her that I was just trying to order more food and asked why does she have an attitude (my bff was on the phone the entire time this happened.) Again she said get out of my line. I said ok here I come. When I got in the establishment I asked the lady by the register was she management and she said no. I asked where's the manager and she pointed to Lisa. Lisa immediately told me to get out her store. I said I'm not leaving until you give me corporates number. She said ok and wrote a number down that said Phil on it. I called 3x and it definitely wasn't corporate. I googled it and it popped right up. I filed a complaint. I have no clue what Lisa's problem was but the man outside said her attitude was terrible towards him too smh. I normally never have an issue with this BK besides getting very old greasy food once. I pull in the first drive thru. Turns out the screens are swapped. So I can not verify my order as I am placing it. So I ask for a receipt at the first window. She informs me the machine is down and I can ask for one at the next window. No one is working the second window for 1.5-2 min until finally the same girl from window 1 shows up. Apparently the second receipt machine is down too. Really? That blatantly shows it's an ongoing issue. Extremely rare for both drive thru machines to be down. Those need fixed right away.
As she is handing me the drinks, which are not marked and we ordered two drinks that are different but the same color, the lid comes off as it was not properly sealed and spilled on me. Hands me one bag, and a second, then pulls it back as my hand is on it saying it wasn't mine.
I'm not going back as this is just an unnecessary stress. I get it if I had one or two of these issues but having all of these on the same visit shows that management is not taking care of their property or staff. Find a different burger king that actually wants...
Read moreCame by this morning through the drive thru before work. Ordered 2 Mocha Iced Coffees, got to the window and she offered me vanilla iced coffee. When I reminded her I ordered mocha she said "Well we made vanilla because I thought you asked for that" I asked for mocha since it's what I ordered and she sighed loudly and shut the window without a word. She then gave me essentially just the vanilla and mocha creamer and I had to accept it otherwise I would've been late to work. Waste of money and time.
Edited 4 months later: Placed an online order, waited in the drive through line for 20minutes with only 2 vehicles in front of me. When I got to the window I wasn't greeted, just had an outstretched hand waiting for payment even though I'd already paid online. They argued that my order wasn't there, eventually they found it. Had me pull up by the door, another 10 minutes pass and I have no food that I've already paid for. I go inside and am ignored.
