This place is ridiculous. Came out tonight with a friend for her bday. The waitress never came to our table but was at everyone else’s table. So I assumed maybe it was a tab thing. But how can I open a tab if you never came over to the table. I stopped the waitress and asked her what time they stopped serving food & she handed me a menu and walked away. Didn’t answer me. Then never returned to the table. I flagged down another server and voiced my concerns politely and asked when the kitchen closed. He says oh yeah 1 AM. He tells me he is going to grab the server that I told him never came back and giving me the menu & walking off. He comes back & says you don’t have a tab open so you need to go up to the bar. I go up to the bar , wait for a few seconds. The bartender says how can I help you. I say I want to place an order for food. He says my kitchen closed at 11. The serve who told me 1 AM cuts in and says something like wondering why it’s closed due to some other menu or something. I didn’t hear exactly what was said it was loud in there. & I’m also wondering, kitchen closed at 11 on a Saturday night at a bar with karaoke … Lol okay. I go sit back down . After about 5 mins I see the servers bringing food out to people. At 12:19. So your kitchen closes at 11 but you’re still bringing food out to people? You’re telling me it takes an hour and 19 mins to make food? Then I see them bring food out to someone again at 12:33. Yet I was told at 12:04 the kitchen closed at 11. I drive delivery for doordash in my spare time. I had to pick up at this bar at 5:45 on a Monday afternoon. The female bartender was incredibly rude and acted like I was just taking up space that her not that many customers could be in to tip her. They had no clear online order pick-up process . And instead of simply saying "$xxx is your total today," she looked at me and went, "and how am I supposed to get paid for this ? " But that's not why they get a one-star review. It's not even because of the number of sexualized comments I received standing in that bar for the 20 minutes I was there. I've been coming here off & on for over 10 years. The food used to be great, but lately it's been going downhill. My sandwich was burnt, the fries were extra salty, & the potato skins were nothing like I remembered them to be. No cheese, 3 bacon bits & 6 bits of onion. My wife had the chicken wings with no complaints however. To add to the experience, a burger, fries, wings, & skins totalled up to $50. Glad we didn't order any drinks. On the plus side, the service was good, and the atmosphere never changes. Always good sports to watch on the many TVs around the walls. I've always liked this bar, but I think they need to...
