Burger Theory at Holiday Inn Indianapolis Airport — Restaurant in Indianapolis

From the silent traveler, I must say the burgers at this place will blow your mind. I've had burgers at other places but this is the most unique I'm not sure what they put extra in their meat. But it is the tastiest juiciest Burger you'll ever have. You can customize it or take one that is already made. I customize mine to a unique taste and it was delicious. I highly recommend even though this place is inside of a hotel you don't have to stay there to go there definitely stop by. I stayed at the hotel next door red great reviews about this place decided to try myself and from the silent traveler I highly suggest take a moment out and try one. Now I will tell you it is a little pricey it's not your fast food burger and it's definitely not your burger dine in but it is well worth it trust me. Went for dinner. Sat ourselves (weren’t really sure what to do) and waited approximately 10 minutes for someone to come to our table. There was no bartender present and one sole server. I would guess there to be 30 patrons in there. We finally ordered drinks. She disappeared for several minutes. Re-emerged, with no drinks and went to take orders of 3 more tables. We saw no food come out in the 25+ minutes we were there. We never did get our drinks. We could see the writing on the wall, and did t have all night to sit and be ignored along with most other tables also drinkless. I gave the food a 1star, but in fairness, we never got to taste or even see any food. Someone needs to look into this location, very poor service and not a good look for...

Slllooooowwwwww service. There were only two servers, one of whom was infinitely more interested in the bar patrons than those at tables, so I’m guessing staffing is an issue. But I’ve known many servers who could have kept things going much faster. There were literally 20 people in the restaurant, and the waits were too long. The wait to place our order was a little long, but that was nothing compared to the wait for barely-warm food. Then trying to flag a server down for our ticket took too long, because one rarely came by.

As for the food, the burgers were pretty good; nothing special, but quite tasty. The side salad wasn’t bad, but no respectable restaurant should use...
