This is what they call mexican food? I ate there last friday night because my husband heared they hed good gyro's. Gyro's at a mexican joint? I thought o.k wr'll try it. He got gyros and i got two ckicken tacos. Got it home, i wanted corn taco shells, they didn't have corn shells only, but the homemade flour tortillias were good, it was over flowing with sour cream & lettuce. No cheese, they don't have cheese, none of any sort, no tomatoes either. Coyldn't tell if it had chicken in it or not the sour cream was too much! My husbands gyro tasted like slime. The meat actually had a glossy tone to it, again covered in so much sauce could't eat it. No feta!! What a crime!! Oh, i forgot, they don't have cheese! I don't see how they get good reviews? I guess people just like bland, tasteless mexican food! First time & the last time!! I am a true mexican food lovet!! This is not mexican food!! And they charge alot for this crap! Better off going to taco bell. maybe we'll try the one across the street! Got to be better...
Read moreI absolutely love the food! I switch between their taco dinner meal and the steak fajitas. It tastes the same each time and is very filling. My husband absolutely loves their gyros, and they're his go to meal whenever we go. Their horchatas are absolutely the best! For those with nut allergies, you should be fine consuming this amazing drink. Some places use coconut milk as a milk base instead, which is something I can't have unless I want to end up in hospital. So this is just an added plus for me. I don't know if they make anything with nuts or peanut oil, but you can ask if you're unsure.
Service is always phenomenal, and the food and presentation is great! Ambiance is that of diner, and it just seems homey to me. I usually get takeout, but there are places to sit inside and eat, which many patrons do. I absolutely...
Read moreYummy! Menu is more like a taco truck than a mexican restaurant, not as many options as a restaurant would but who needs all that? Wonderful fresh, made to order true mexican burritos, tortas, tacos, horchata, and more. They have excellent mission style tacos (corn tortillas, meat, onion & cilantro w/slice of lime) which are my favorite with pork (carnitas)!!! They also have more American style with cheese, lettuce, and sour cream. The burritos are too big for me to eat in one seating but large enough for men. Oh, and the despite them cooking it fresh they are fast! We waited at most 5 mins for our order. No fountain drinks, only can or bottle sodas or horchata. For 2 carnita tacos w/ rice and beans and one steak burrito w/extra sour cream and 2 Cokes we paid...
